Parking is plenty. Skin Perfect is on the second floor above the salon.

The staff at Skin Perfect is spectacular. Sarah the med-spa manager is nice and efficient. The first thing I noticed was the soft energy in the lobby. We visited right after the opening of this location. She was courteous and there was not hard selling.

My experience with Lori Roberts, is that she is an active listener and she is welcomes questions, there was not one question she didn't answer with pleasure, I know that sounds like a cliché but it is obvious that Lori gets great pleasure from answering questions while inspiring participation. What I appreciate most is that her input based on science and my anatomy. Together we came up with a plan.

She mixed the bottle in front of us, which is always my favorite part. (One of my biggest pet-peeves is when injectors don't do this, its part of the ritual for people like me:) The room is super clean, spacious and fresh, I believe there's amazon music connected to alexa so you have millions and millions of songs to choose from, she lets you chose.

The injections: Painless. She was done and I didn't know it. Its almost like she's floating when she does it.

The Results: Fabulous. I look like me 10 years ago.

Overall: I would highly recommend Lori Roberts for the seasoned client and I specially recommend Lori for first timers. Your first time should be the most special where you go to someone who listens and has the talent and medical experience to provide artistry and scientific execution, we only get one face, so put it in competent hands.

There is literally no one better on earth than Lori! I wouldn't trust anyone else with injections or any medical aesthetic procedure. I followed her through the years to her new location and it is absolutely gorgeous! She also takes the time to explain every procedure and make sure you are comfortable and informed. She's fantastic!
