The massage lady made me take off my Van Cleef necklace, a gift that was valuable, and at the end of the massage, I was so relaxed and while getting ready to leave, I forgot to ask about where she put the necklace, and left the property. 30 minutes later, in my car I remembered my necklace, called the salon, they said they didn’t find anything, I drove back to the salon and talked to front desk, who again, did not jump to help or file a report. The massage lady was still there, I searched the room, and then she pointedly asked me if I had misplaced my own necklace, or lost it in my car. The gaslighting was unreal! Someone in the faculty found a very nice piece of jewelry that day. I recommend 1) never taking your jewelry off here and 2) picking a more professional, classy environment to pay $300 for a facial.

I visited Presidio location for a treatment with Dagiima and it was an amazing experience. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and very happy at the end of my service. My face is glowing! Dagiima walked me through every step of my facial and she made sure I was doing good at every moment.

I was lucky to get Maria as my injector. She took her time during our consultation and had great recommendations. She also took her time injecting and was very gentle. She has a great eye for where injections should be made to give the best results. Maria is a master at what she does.

I've been using SkinSpirit for years and recently went for a new treatment (micropenning). I always have a great experience there - they never try to push things on you or upsell you, but are open to answering questions, providing honest recommendations and opinions, and there to support whatever skin journey you are on!

My first visit to Skinspirit, and very glad I did. I had a consultation and facial with Michelle. Normally I’m the “don’t talk to me, ” type when I’m having a beauty treatment/spa treatment done but Michelle and I clicked right away and had a lovely conversation. I appreciated her feedback and encouragement about my skin. Overall nice experience, the office itself is relaxing and clean and the staff seems really on top of their stuff.

Haley is hands down AMAZING! Since my first consultation with her, she’s made sure to ask what I want to accomplish with my lip filler and Botox. She took the time to map my face so that my lips would still look natural on me like I wanted and was honest about what would and wouldn’t work for me. I appreciated that more than anything because I know what I think looks good on others but I also know that doesn’t mean it’ll look good on me. Haley always makes sure I’m comfortable at each session and checks in with me to make sure I’m doing okay through the process. She is so kind and sweet and I’m so glad I met her! I will only go to her, even if I have to wait months, because she is that good! I swear, she’s an artisan! I’ve now had lip filler twice, Botox twice, and cheek filler once and I’ve never been happier with how I look. I feel so much more confident in my skin and if you knew me, you’d know how big that is for me. I cannot thank you enough, Haley!

She's extremely knowledgeable, very scientific in her explanations, & is a CMA (Aesthetic Medical Asst.) Her treatments are excellent. They seem to be better with each visit.

I have been going to SS for a few months now for facials (with Michelle) and just started seeing Hailey for botox and have an upcoming appointment for kybella with Hailey as well. Both providers are AMAZING. Super personable and will walk you through every step of whatever procedure you’re getting. Also, they aren’t pushy with products or procedures which is something I greatly appreciate. I have already referred two friends (both love it as well!)
