Sky Beauty Lounge, Santa Rosa CA

This is my second time going to Sky Beauty Lounge and I’m delighted with my experiences there. I went in for an acrylic fill and Anna was meticulous. The final result is fantastic — the acrylics are beautifully shaped and so thin and light. I also love that she uses this rest for your wrist while doing your nails.

Ana is the best! She helped get an ingrown nail handled and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Sky Beauty Lounge. It's so bright, clean, and inviting.

I scheduled online and they had pretty late availability. I scheduled 7: 30 pm. I got several emails including reminders. On my way to the shop something told me to call to confirm. I did and the women who was scheduled to do my nails picked up and said she didn’t have a appointment. She was honestly nice and try to accommodate me for the next day, that’s the only reason I gave two stars. I don’t know if they don’t check their online bookings often or it isn’t synced but to have not noticed for several days a booking is troubling, so I declined their offer to rebook. I would suggest calling in if you want an appointment.

It was my first time, no complaints! This is my very first manicure since I can’t wear long acrylic nails at work. I have a hard time choosing a neutral color for my nails but I asked her if she could find a color for me and she chose this BEAUTIFUL NEUTRAL color! I will be going back. This place is very clean and excellent service, thank you!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work done on my hand, fingers, feet and toes. I happened to be getting a coffee at Crooks next door and i noticed the little salon. I poked my head in as i was in pretty sore need of a fresh mani pedi and was feeling very apprehensive about returning to the place i normally go as it felt rushed last two times i’d gone, and i also mistakenly had tried a place in the mall that was terrible. The girl looked very friendly as she welcomed me asking if she could make an appointment. I said yes let’s try this afternoon at 4: 15, and it was set. It turns out the young woman is Anna and her business partner is her mother. She recently bought the business from the old owners and has been there now two weeks. This woman owned, mother/ daughter dream team was probably one of the best services i ever experienced: Definitely not rushed! I chose the most expensive manni peddi with gel, and with their current deal going on with 20% off the bill, it was only $100 before tip! I was there for at least two hours with both mom n daughter working on me. They really took their time massaging my feet and legs and arms hands with each scrub, clay mask, lotions etc.plus hot stones on legs and arms and a paraffin wax treatment on the feet as well! Then the color came out perfect, and no chipping on my fingers. She’d suggested i do this gel powder do to make the finger nails last longer, as i do dishes and such. It’s true, it’s working! There’s not one mess up whereas the last two places my gell nails were chipping within a few days (!) ; but not at this sweet lounge! I will definitely be back!
