Went there for my tortoise I really was impressed with the reptile veterinarian I think he's only there on Thursday he's very knowledgeable and he has reptiles himself. Not only did he give me antibiotics but also showed me different types of minerals he should be getting very impressed

BEWARE OF SHORT HAIRED OLDER RECEPTIONIST named BOBBY
One week ago I took my dog in for her shots and had nothing but good things to say that I recommended them to my mother whose pup also needed shots. A little back story before we get into BOBBY the front desk lady. The day I came in my fiancé filled out paperwork while I waited in the car with my two pups. While I waited I noticed the vet techs would come out and call out patient names and bring them in for their vaccines. This was great because the lobby was very busy, my fiancé let the front desk lady know we'd be in our car they said okay and sure enough a vet tech came out called for us and we went in. WELL today didn't go as pleasant as last week. My mother and I filled out paper work turned it in and let the front desk receptionist know we'd be in the car and she said OKAY. There was no communication on whether it was allowed, not allowed, or weren't doing that on this particular day just nothing but an OKAY. As I stated last week waiting in your car was a normal occurrence.
When my mother went inside BOBBY let her know her pups name had been called already. My mother stated she had let them know she'd be in the car, BOBBY in a very rude and condescending way let her know that they can't be going up to every car in the parking lot asking for her.
That's a very dramatic response of course we know that my question is why did they acknowledge it when we said we'd be in the car and not say anything along the lines of whether it was okay or not until after? Once the vaccines were given they just wanted us out they took payment but didn't give any after shot care information nor let us know to download the app to receive points for our visit like I had been told last week instead just a receipt. It's unfortunate that you could be given terrible service and treated so differently because of a simple miscommunication from their part. I say beware because it seems that if you do something Bobby dislikes she'll give you the below bare minimum treatment during your visit.

This place is so greedy I have 3 puppy's and they literally gave me no deal at all on getting them all shots, this place is all about money and I wouldn't support this place atball

They're super nice here and the place is very clean. The technician that took my foster cats blood was very kind and genuine. 10/10 would recommend.

Update: They've squeezed us in when necessary, and Dr. Haver is great! Will be our go to for pet needs for the foreseeable future.

Close to home and follow up when they say they will. No complaints here.

I've been coming here for awhile and not coming back anymore. The office is very nice and clean. However this place is always trying to add whatever they can to increase the costs. I can verify this because I went and got a second opinion from a vet an hour away that I trust. His recommendations were much simpler and WAY less expensive. Also, after I declined the many things suggested, this vet came out and started trying to pressure me! The support staff is also not friendly, they don't seem to care much about customer service here.

I had the pleasure of bringing my cat here for several years, and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. They gave me and my best friend several good years together, and they helped us overcome several potentially life threatening obstacles. No matter which vet is on staff or which office staff member was assisting me, I always felt like the cared about both me and my kitty.

A great vet that actually cares about your animals and has reasonable pricing. Dr. Haver has been very kind and empathetic when treating my pets. They try to work you in when there is an emergency which is always appreciated.

The Doctor and Staff were excellent, Kind and Caring. We had a difficult decision to make and they all did a great job helping us with the process.

Sky Canyon Animal Hospital is way better than other veteranarians, because they offer more reasonable options for my dog's dental heath. The other place wanted to charge me almost $1,000 to anesthetize my dog for his teeth cleaning. He's only 4 years old, he doesn't need any teeth pulled & he's very easy to work with. Sky Canyon Animal Hospital recognized all these things & didn't try to gauge me. I'm going to be paying a quarter of what the other place wanted to charge me. Also, they have a regular teeth cleaning service with various options to pick from according to the frequency of cleanings. It just so happens they're closer to where I live, too! I'm so glad I tried this place out!

Dr Reynolds is awesome. She's a straight shooter and has so much love in her heart for the animals in her care

I have a 15 1/2 yr old female Jack Russell, took her in because she barks from 1am - 5: 30 am probably Dementia. The Vet subscribed doggie calming pills and now she sleeps through the night! I should of come here a year ago. Thank you Staff!

I noticed there are a couple of bad reviews. That was a concern for me when I was looking for a place to have my rescue pup spayed. However, even the best of places will have occasional problems. I booked the appointment and have to say that I am thrilled I did. Not only was the op a complete success, the stitching was perfect and my dog was back to normal in 2 days. The service was exceptional and a wonderful lady called the next day to check in on Molly and see how she was doing. I cannot recommend this place enough. The prices are unbeatable, the surgery is amazing, and the follow-up service is great. What more could you ask for? If they have had a few bad days, it happens. You don't find a place like this every day. Well worth the wait!

The staff was friendly and informative. We drove all the way from Los Angeles to spay my dog. Their pricing is amazing and worth the drive. Very smooth experience.

Took six weeks to get an available surgery date. The day prior they called and confirmed the 9am appointment. I show up as scheduled to be told the Vet has a phone meeting and can I come back in 2 hours, I couldn’t just drop off my dog because he is aggressive and they needed me to be there to hold him for sedation. Two hours later I come back and they say the Vet is still on his phone meeting and can I come back in another hour, at that time I decide that my dog’s health and well-being isn’t important to them so I cancel and leave. Apparently appointments are only for their convenience and your time does not matter, never mind the stress on the dog going back and forth and being muzzled. I also took the day off of work for the appointment but I’m sure that’s insignificant to them.
