Sky Hookah Lounge, Spring Valley CA

Was so disappointed tonight I ordered the hookah grape and mint and it tasted horrible and old so I told the guy with the busted lip and he smoke it in front of me like he’s paying for it and realized that I was right so he came back with the same hookah and still tasted old and nasty, I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s becoming horrible in service and quality, not worth it trust me

1st time here. Visiting my uncle here locally. Im from the Bay Area. Im so happy i met my fellow Lebanese, Iraqi people here. They welcomed me and hookah was great! Looking forward to come back here and relax whenever im here in town again! Thank you guys!

Terrible experience. Like many who complain about the skinny guy, it’s a fact he’s just rude and has no customer service experience. We you call him out on his attitude he takes it as far as threatening customers to physically fight them outside of the hookah lounge.

Like the atmosphere and the server is friendly and knowledgeable! Restaurant next door will deliver to your table and isn't too bad. Good prices. But wish they had Arabic music playing to fit the ambience at alow volume. Not blaring club music during the day. Otherwise we enjoy our time there! Definitely recommend!

Kind of empty but good hookah. Could use with some food as well but overall good experience

Always an amazing experience. I love the little bunny foo foo which is rabbit ravioli with salami bits. They brussel sprouts are always delicious also.
Drinks are always to die for with the amazing view on upper and lower deck. During the week they have live music in the evening with always quality artists.

The Cashier bartender skinny guy was very rude. I just asked for a suggestion and he gave me attitude.
Never going back with them. Bad service

Horrible place I went with my freinds we were 6 people the owner was so rude and loud and his language was terrible the houkah is not clean the place was dirty took them long to get the order the worst customer service and atmosphere never go back

I personally domt smoke hooka but i went with friends that does. Their tea is from heaven. I fall in a total love since i am a tea lover. The costumer service is above and beyond.

I had really bad experience there was one skinny guy working, he didn’t treat us really nice plus he kept rushing everything, I was asking him about the drink he was rude about it he said that is all they have and, when he came up to bring my hookah I told him I want to order food he said wait a minute and he disappeared. So I had to go and ask again and again. They don’t clean the hookah as well. I hope no one experiences this bad place.

After three hours.they stop serving you coals WITHOUT any notice.they just stop. I asked for some because I haven't gotten any in like 45 mins and they replied with the three hour rule. So of you want more coals pass three hours be prepared to buy a refill. They just want more of your money. Not really worth it. I was a repeating customer till now. Sucks too cause I like their hookahs. Oh well.on to the next place!

Beautiful seat plus great amazing hookha, they serve alcohol as well, the best is they have zad restuarant near them they will deliver the food to your table with delicious looking and taste, fast service from charcoal to hookha and of cours the beverage, their chips and hummus are really good, give them a try, wisam and marwan are the best, good job guys

Who stops serving coals to a customer because you're there too long? This place.refill or leave is what they say and then apologize for it glad we're not coming here anymore. Guess they think some people don't know how to make a bowl last lmao
