Sky River RV - Atascadero

I would give Alex and Jeremy 5 stars + if I could. About 2 weeks ago my daughter and I went on the hunt for a travel trailer. We were met by Alex upon arriving at Sky River RV in atascadero. I assured him that we are not ready to by just yet, that we are just looking for now. (You know, worried that he may be that pushy salesman). He was the complete opposite. He educated us on everything they had to offer and more. He even took time away from the atascadero location to show us other models in the paso location. Knowing that  we were not ready to buy. I know, "it's all part of the job". But, with the combined efforts and time he spent with us, spoke volumes! We didn't get to spend as much time with Jeremy as he was not our salesperson. He was great through the application process! Never once did we feel pressured by Alex or Jeremy. I would definitely recommend going to the Atascadero Sky River RV for you adventure needs.

Awesome customer service. I came in to buy an RV but it was already sold. So the salesman Alex took down what I was looking for and kept his eye out until we found the perfect one! He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push an over sale. I'm very happy with my experience working with Alex to find the right RV he really went above and beyond doing the looking work and all I had to say was yes! This totally simplified my search and made the process really easy! Definitely happy overall with all the workers at Sky river RV in Atascadero, and would highly recommend.

Until Monday I get a call from the manager to give him a call back on monday. Since I had already left a deposit and filled out the paperwork on Saturday, when I called him back I assumed it was regarding the final walk through of the Rv before taking it home. Well he tells me they literally sold it minutes before I had finished my paperwork. Must be difficult keeping track with so many Rv's and the lots.but here a I am thinking my RV is getting ready and it got sold under me after I started the process. He did try to offer a deal on a different trailer however it was out of my price range. And then I had to explain all over again what I'm looking for and what I wanted to spend and my situation. Very disappointing because I was already making plans with the trailer I thought was mine and now that is put on hold until I find something else. The team seems nice enough, so I am hopeful something will work out. But time will tell.

Alex is a very salesman and a very respectful person towards customer service. I will definitely bring my business to him and sky river again and again.

We recently bought a pre-owned 2020 grand design 5th wheel here and also traded in our class C motorhome. Our salesman Dominic and his manager gave us a good deal, which is better than other quotes we got from the dealers in SF bay area. The trade in process is very quick and smooth. I just did a short test drive, and Dominic spent a few minutes to check the RV, then we receive the check in a few days.

We did the orientation of the new 5th wheel with Ken, who is very knowledge and explained all the details we need. After the orientation, they allowed us to park our previous motorhome next to the 5th wheel, so we can conveniently move our stuff to the new one. Dominic and Ken waited for us while we were moving, even after the dealership was closed, and then guided us out. We really appreciate that!

Now we have been staying full-time in this 5th wheel for a month, and no issue occured. Overall I'm highly recommend to buy an RV here.

I want to thank all the personnel at Sky River RV at the Atascadero and the Paso Roblles locations for their excellent service in providing me with a a great Trailer at a great price along with all the help in getting all necessary instruction for getting me safely on the road to enjoy my RV adventures. Decent selection for a small lot. I love the travel trailer we're trying to purchase. We'll see how well it works out. The salesman, Sean, is friendly and helpful.

We bought a 2010 Cougar fifth wheel new from Sky River in Paso Robles.
I had mixed emotions about the service we got at SR but when things went wrong I continued to consider them for repairs.
About a month ago the front landing gear jack broke and we were stuck in Morro Bay. I called every repair shop I could find and no one could get our trailer in for at least a month. I was pretty upset and wrote a review right here saying so. A day or two later I got a call from Randy, the owner of Sky River. We had an honest talk about my concerns and he explained that he was not the owner of SR back when I had problems with them and wanted a chance to make it right.
Here is what happened. The service manager at he Pismo Beach SR called and we set up an appointment. I took my trailer to them and they not only repaired the broken jack they fixed a fuse issue that I didn't think to tell them about. Kyle the service manager kept me informed and had me back on the road in two days. The employees i enter acted with were kind and professional. I am writing this because Sky River has changed. So, if you are reading reviews considering who you want to repair or where to buy an RV, Sky River is in my opinion as good as it gets. You can count on them.

We just purchased a trailer at Sky River with Grace and Shawn, we couldn't be happier with with the way the whole experience went. We will do more business with them on the future.

Very good experience with Shawn. We went to Sky River Atascadero looking at the trailers a handful of times trying to decide what was right for us. He let us browse without standing over our shoulder every second. He was able to answer all our questions and helped us with a trade in. I highly recommend Sky River and Shawn! We ended up getting a Sonic.
