I used Sky Van Line for a two-bedroom move from Los Angeles to Sacramento.
I reached out online for a quote, and they got back to me really quickly and were super helpful walking me through the process to book the move. The team on the move day were prompt and efficient. They took great care of my belongings and made sure everything was where I wanted it in my new place before they left.

I wish i could give them 2 1/2 stars but it’s not an option. I originally received my quote from Trinity Relocation Group and these guys showed up.

First of all, I was told that I’d be contacted 24-48 hours for pick up of my household items. I received phone call 18 hours before they were to arrive. Then once they arrived to pick up my items, i was told that I had way more stuff than was quoted. But to be honest I had eliminated multiple items that would reduce the cubic footage needed. Anyway, because of their guesstimation i had to pay ended up paying twice as much as was quoted to me for pickup. So I paid the addition $2k to have my items shipped as I was moving cross country.

Secondly, i was told that it would take approximately 21 days to move my items. But once the movers got to my house the number of days increased to up to 45 days for delivery. My delivery was delayed by a week due to the driver having a family emergency. My my items arrived on day 35. There were only two people unloading the truck and moving items into my house, the driver and another person. The driver said there were two more people coming but only 1 person showed.

Thirdly, my advice to anyone using Sky Van Lines is to be sure you purchase your own insurance for the full value of your shipment. I did not do that and regret it. I sustained quite a few items damaged and broken, although the boxes were marked fragile. Some of my boxes had water damage. I filed a claim with the third party insurance CSI moving claims and received less than $35 for all of the damages sustained. The replacement is based upon weight at $0.60 per pound. (Rip Off). To me this gives the movers a pass to treat your items carelessly.

Be careful using this company moving your household items cross country. It might be more cost effective to drive it yourself if you can,

I had a great experience with Sky Van Line. They were recommended to me, and I've now recommended them to friends! The movers were respectful, friendly and worked very fast. Coordinating with Bonnie on the team was very organized - she was very easy to work with. 10/10!

Moving with Sky Van Line was the least stressful part of our recent move. I have used a few moving companies over the years and was disappointed with the others' lack of care and work ethic. Sky Van line is very different! Service was exceptional!
They wrapped all our furniture, and moved it down and upstairs with great care. They set up the bed and any furniture that required being reassembled without being asked.
We are very thankful.

I really enjoyed this experience! Moving can be extremely stressful and this whole team made it so much easier from start to finish. The price was exactly as quoted (no hidden charges)

Please do not use this company. Sadly was brokered to them through Trinity Relocation Services. Added a million feed and basically threatened to hold my items hostage for a month plus if I didn’t pay for the expedited options. Ended up paying over double my original quote. Whatever you do, stay away from this company.

The service was amazing.
We moved from Florida to California, the movers were on time and very careful with our furniture.
The office gave us all the info and communicated very well.

I recently relocated out of state and my chosen moving company subbed my move to Sky Van Lines. They charged me extra for space I did not get $1390 above quote, repacked and damaged my belongings and their driver hired a random helper from Craiglist to come to my home. They were rude, unprofessional and threatening at the time of delivery. Sky Van Lines cared zero about what occurred, told me I was overreacting and issued my $500 back of $8,000+ I paid. Never work with these people.

This was my first experience using Sky Van Line and I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional and worked very quickly. They made moving day such a breeze. I appreciated the follow-up calls and emails from Bonnie who worked to insure that everything went smoothly on the day. Would definitely use them again.

Out move from Miami to Los Angeles was very smooth.
Their price was much better compared to three other moving companies that I contacted.

They made sure that the process would be stress free.
Very pleased! I even asked for a favor that the delivery be pushed up 2 days and they were able to accomodate.

Moving is incredibly stressful. Especially if you’re moving from LA all the way to Miami. It's less stressful when you have a great moving company. Everyone interacted with was helpful. The sales team and the movers were amazing.

Jose and Robert made our relocation to Portland seem like a move next door. Everything was handled by them. Door to door was seamless. I was kept informed and was able to track the ship our container was on. Our stuff arrived all in one piece and nothing was left behind.
