The positive: Kai our hostess was amazing. She supported the birthday party with grace, empathy, and kept things on time without being pushy. She was kind and had great client relationship skills.

Now everything else.

My son recently attended a birthday party there. There were two middle school punk kids there that were hitting the younger kids in the face/head repeatedly and hard with the dodge balls, just a few feet away from them, including my son and his friends.

When we confronted the staff, they all immediately said the two boys' names: "oh, boy1 and boy2 are here today. " We didn't even have to describe who they were! But the staff didn't take any corrective action against them.

After talking to the manager and asking them to remove the boys (apparently they've been repeatedly kicked out for similar behavior in the past), the manager didn't have any repercussions, just "talked" to the boys and they were allowed to stay.

I told the bullies that they knew what they did was wrong and they better not do it again or they will have a bigger problem on their hands. I did NOT make physical contact but was willing to defend the kids at the party should they repeat their behavior.

The boys attending the birthday party who were supposed to be having fun were now afraid of the bullies and weren't having fun. I stayed close by to keep an eye on the bullies especially when they were in the dodgeball pit because I know that kids who don't have consequences for their actions *will repeat them*.

I know that kids will need to work things out on their own, but when there is supervision that is supposed to help keep them safe, this is a problem.

I do not recommend going here if you value a safe place where the staff is looking out for and banning bullies who are repeatedly and intentionally targeting and hurting younger children.

Best place for a party. Our host Omar was fantastic. I was able to actually enjoy my daughters birthday party with her. He insisted on doing everything when it came to serving food, cutting cake, passing out additional items we brought. 10/10 experience.

We visited the park on Sunday and loved the location and the team. Nissa was very helping and sweet to talk to. She make our visit rememberable.

Beware of the membership scam! If you go here, you will probably hear them say 'Take the membership for price cheaper than the all-day pass. You can cancel anytime'. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Its a cheap tactic they use to extort at least 2 months of membership fee. There are million conditions in the not-surprisingly long terms and conditions there using which they try to extend the membership for as long as possible. Scammers!

I Had a reservation on Saturday for 14 people, everything was going well Tommy was awesome, but at the end when we were about to move the gifts to the car and back inside to pay out. Manager Madison send one of the employees to follow us to the car and they thought we are going to take off without paying as we told with employee I was shocked. This was embarrassing and shameful in front of my family even though they had all my information and credit card in their system prior to reservation. I won’t recommend this place for parties.

Let me start by saying that this trampoline place is not that bad itself. So I would rate it 4 stars. The reason I rate it 1 star, is because the people who are supposed to supervise every single area, they seem to not pay attention to how bigger kids break the rules all the time. Like today, I brought my kids and their friends who are 11 years old. They were in the dodgeball zone and there were older boys (I would say high schoolers and like 2 older bearded men) all of them aiming at younger kids faces! I got a few videos that can back up what I'm saying and the person there didn't bothered to say a word. But once the younger kids started to defend themselves, they would get preached at. How is that fair? My suggestion is that they hire "observers " that actually do their job. Another observation I had was that there were signs that said NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN PLAY AREA, but there were a bunch of kids with candy, ice cream and drinks in the trampoline area. I made it clear to my kids to follow the rules but it does bother me to see that bigger kids and older men there break the rules and get away with it. Maybe having designated areas for different age groups would prevent younger children from being targeted and getting hurt by older kids. Other than that, the person who helped us get our bracelets was very polite and provided me with great service. If I could rate her I would give her 5. Same thing for the snack area, the different people who attended me the couple of times I needed to purchase something were polite and provided me with a great service.

It's hard to get out of the bag pit. It's fun jumping into it but it's hard getting out.

This place has gone downhill in the last few months. They got rid of a ton of trampoline space, a rock climbing wall and a foam pit which were all toddler friendly, to place two big slides that doesn’t allow toddlers on. Parents with small children, absolutely do not bring your kids here on the weekends. It is insanely overcrowded! They allow big kids, teenagers to jump in same areas as toddlers. They allow multiple kids to jump on one trampoline. There is no regulation of who can jump where and how. My small 4 year old got knocked over by a big kid and twisted her knee. My two six year olds are hesitant to jump because of teenagers jumping everywhere. I watched a mom struggle to let her 2 year old on any of the trampolines because big kids were jumping everywhere. The “toddler” area is so small and extremely overcrowded and unsafe. This place is ridiculous and not very well supervised.

I get passes so I can come on hot and rainy days through out the year. Great for parties and just good old fashion fun! I get some exercise too!

This place is hella ghetto. Always fights when we go (gone about 5 times now when it was Rock n Jump and now Sky Zone). Never again. Then they added party seating up front which made it more packed. Just hella hood.

I would give zero starts if it was possible.
This is a review (and a warning) about an experience with Sky Zone, specifically the monthly membership they offer.
We signed up for the membership at the end of July as they informed us that the amount we would pay for being there on that day - $29.99 was the same as for the monthly membership. They advised us that we could cancel at any time. We bought the membership for all our three kids as it seemed like a good deal, fully intending to cancel it within the month as we did not need the month to month subscription. When you have the membership, you could go in any time to jump. This was convenient as it was summer and the kids had a lot of time on their hands. We were able to go at any time and the kids enjoyed it.
Fast forward to the end of August when we went in on a Saturday afternood. We were informed that we could not use the facility after 1: 00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays even though we had the membership. We were restricted to using the facility before 1: 00 pm on weekends. I don't know if this is a new policy but no one mentioned it to us at the time that we signed up for our membership. We then opted to cancel the membership.
Sadly, today I looked at my bank account and they have gone ahead and charged us $90 for the membership for all three kids even though we canceled it.
I fully intend to dispute it but I am extremely disappointed by the way this business treats its customers. I think that any restrictions on jumping times should have been communicated clearly at sign-up and continuing to charge for the membership after cancellation is completely unacceptable.

Kids had fun jumping around. Not too packed before noon and plenty of place for adults to sit. Smells kind of sweaty and has a icky feeling like it's not being wiped down but not much to expect from a place designed for play

They allow multiple kids to jump on the same trampoline. I saw 2 kids collide and one of them was injured and his head started bleeding, later sent to the hospital. Other activity zones are also dangerous, a swinging kid can easily land on the head of another kid if unmonitored, as the place is too small. This establishment makes you sign a waiver relinquishing themselves from any responsibility. I will never go to this place again with my kid. There are many better places like parks, zoos etc to make kids happy

The Kids always have a Funtastic time here. Parking lot available. Snacks for purchase. Clean/Attended to rest rooms. Have your childs party here!

Great place to bring the kids and burn off all that extra energy. I only docked a star because they should have discounted pricing for parents who would like to jump a bit with the kiddos, not just for those with an elite membership. You would be a lot more profitable if you offered this since most parents are not going to jump for 120 minutes (maybe 30 - 45 minutes max). Just a thought.

I really liked this place my favorite part is the basketball court and that’s one of my favorite sports so for me it was pretty fun and everything else is cool to

And I was once coming here thinking it was rockin jump but when I go in I’m like omg this looks so much more fun
