Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Merced CA

This location lacks so many things advertised on the website. The best features are not offered. Small kids won't notice. Very minimal things to do. I would recommend maybe going there before purchasing memberships to know what you get. I did send a message asking what their plans were for other structures to no response. Their games have some trouble working and their tvs in the back jumping area do not work.
On the other hand, staff is very kind. Vanessa was a sweetheart to my three kids and me. She talked about upcoming events and memberships. I would sign up but just doesn't have the things advertised. I hope it does find ways to include other things.

Posting in regards to the Merced location which was previously rock n jump. Based on pictures I was excited to bring my kids because it seemed as though they added more things to the park. Really, it’s the exact same park with sky zone colors. The only noticeable differences are that they added a high platform to the stunt area and an interactive game where the rock climbing area is. Other than that it’s the exact same park/ layout.

DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED! THEY REQUIRE 3 MONTHS MEMEBERSHIP MINIMUM, 10 DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE, A CANCELLATION FOR FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER INDIVIDUALLY, WITH EACH MEMEBER'S MEMBERSHIP "NUMBER"! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER! DONT DO IT!

Fun place for the kiddos to burn off some energy. Especially in the summer when it's impossibly hot out.

Very fun. Careful though! Make sure you watch out for your kiddos exhibiting signs of heat exhaustion.

Our first visit to skyzone was about 3 months ago and we were pleasantly surprised to have such a nice place to take your kids to here in Merced. We ended up joining as members and have visited a lot since then, and every single time we come here it is very clean, well air conditioned, the equipment seems well maintained, my whole family loves this place and the staff. Customer service issues anywhere can really put a bad taste in your mouth, not to mention when it comes to safety concerns but time and again this place is above and beyond. There have been a time or two where there was a potential issue and they were on it right away, from the management to the ones who maintain safety at the trampolines (they do not babysit/watch your children, that is the job of parents) they all do a great job of making it a fun & safe environment. We love it & appreciate this place being in our town.
Edit: I also wanted to add that for the last 3 months I’ve been temporarily disabled, and they have been accommodating and kind every time we have visited. I’ve been several other places where that was not the case, so to have such a positive experience every single time, no matter who was working, really speaks volumes about the culture there and it’s a big part of what keeps us coming back (besides the fun lol)

Update: after cancelling my membership about 2-3 weeks ago, they decided it was an OK idea just to rob my bank account. And want me to jump through hoops to be able to receive my “refund”

I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to let them know that I cancelled my membership. And every time during the last 2 weeks the phone lets me know that they are busy assistant another customer and they will give me a call back, I’ve left messages. Nobody has called me back.

Not to sit back and see if they are going to attempt to steal my money at the end of the month.

They were really great staff there! Very kind and helpful with planning my daughters bday! Everything went really well very organized and great experience!

We paid for our daughter's birthday, VIP selection. The place was packed. There is no organization of anything. We paid too much money for the experience. I would never do it again nor do I recommend it.

We had a last minute birthday party for my daughter today. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Pizza was good and the kids had a blast. They've added some new things since the last time we were there and it looks like there's more changes to come!

Be careful purchasing punch cards from them. I have their elite membership for 2 yrs now and today we brought my kids friends to jump with because we had purchased the punchcards from them giving you free jump, cafe discounts, socks etc.imagine having the kids really excited to jump and then the rude manager (Jenna) tell you the punch card They sold you in December 2022 is not valid because they sold me an old punchcard from 2021!
Money down the drain and no one is taking accountability, and she is just plain rude, hostile, and assuming I wanted to use a 2 year old punchcard for my benefit.

This is a punchcard i had previously used the week before and no one ever said it was expired etc…

Ive never had such a terrible experience with any other staff member here, and I have never seen this person here before (been coming here for 2 years)

Sucks to know someone like Jenna will be the manager at our location. This person had on a different shirt from Sky Zone, im guessing new owners new management, watch out with these people.

Be really careful with purchasing anything like new promos etc.
Many people have told me they are making them get a brand new membership. So weird!

The jump area is fine. Not enough seats. Most of their arcade games and crane games are broken and good luck getting a refund for any money lost on broken machines. They told me to call the number on the machine for any help.

The kids handling and making the food are very inefficient and they dont tie their hair back. They should be wearing hair nets if they're gonna be making food.

Unorganized. When booking a scheduled VIP party event (2hour jump with room), they took a long time for giving wrist bands, socks for the kids to jump which then took out time of their jump time (approx 30-45mins). Along with not giving the food and drinks, which were included in the party event package, during the scheduled room time.

We had a VIP party booked today. Very disorganized. We got here at 12: 15 since the party started at 12: 30. We didn’t get all the jumpers socks and wristbands until 1: 00. They kicked the kids out at 2: 30 instead of 3: 00. The room also wasn’t ready till 2: 00 and they would not give us the room because they didn’t have any available. Never coming back.
It’s over priced
None of the games work and the staff here are rude. They don’t have any type of customer service.

Not enough staff for the number of attractions.
Many attractions are down and inoperable thus making you get access to less than what you paid for.
Food is overpriced.

Best group b day party in Merced. Go have some fun! Also does a fun black out night on fridays.
