Sky Zone Trampoline Park reviews
20My dad and mom usually take me here and it is very fun with a variety of jumpers to jump on. It even has a little obstacle course, a wall climb, etc. Its very entertaining for a good price of ~20$ an hour a person.
This place lacks ventilation. I almost passed out because of how hot it was. When I sat down at the benches near the entrance just to drink water (which I brought from home) one of the staff told me I had to leave because I was drinking what they called "an outside beverage". I told that some of the staff were drinking from plastic water bottle, but won't allow that to guests. She then told me again to leave or she will call the police. I left to avoid a scene.
I will not come to this place again until they replace the rude staff with more nice and polite staff.
Our kids loved jumping with thier friends. The arcade games were also fun for kids and adults alike.
This place used to be awesome. I was excited to get a membership this year.
Our first visit this curly haired awkward teenage worker in glasses was so rude.
Despite having a toddler tag this guy said my son was too tall to be in the area. We were the only ones there.
The guy followed my son around for an hour griping at everything he did from picking up foam blocks, standing on the trampoline (again no one was there), to telling my son the games are free then when we went back to play basketball he said we couldn't play.
I thought it was just this guy, but similar situation with almost everyone that works there every time we go.
Teach your employees to say please. Please don't run, sounds so much better than you can't run.
It is customer service basics. Just be nice about it.
Skip this place, make the drive to Dojo Boom where they appreciate your business and are polite.
Love that they separate the children according to age. I have little ones and it is nice that they have their own space to jump and play without the bigger kids jumping on them.
Always a fun time. In comparison to other indoor playground type businesses, Sky Zone can be a little pricey for what you pay for. Plus you have to buy Sky Zone socks from them. They do offer free use of their arcade games. They offer a foam pit, basketball and dodge ball courts, as well as an open trampoline park.
The kids absolutely had a blast jumping and running from trampoline to trampoline. Lots of adults were playing too. There is a good place to sit and observe. There is a snack bar. Birthday party packages are available. We will definitely be back.
Kids love it. Its clean and there was no shortage of staff today. Food is not a strong point but that's not what you come for and most kids are pretty worn out in an hour anyway. As far as safety goes, this is a trampoline park. If you don't understand or can't accept the inherent risk, don't bring your child here.
Definitely did not like this place, very small, and one of the workers did not pay attention to any, of the kids instead she's singing every damn song at the top of her lungs, not doing her job, tell your workers to supervise the children better
Brought my son and nephews in for his birthday and let me tell you, he loved it. All the kids had a blast.
Disappointed with this place. There were quite a few young college kids in the dodge ball court, so that wasn't safe for younger kids. They had the other dodge ball court and basket ball court closed. When I asked to open those, they said they were short staff and couldn't open. This is when they had one person guarding the court with no body on it, and another person in a different court playing with one kid throughout that time. Staff had attitude and lacked common sense.
Place is great for the family to run and bounce around, definitely get a workout. Only problem, it's not cheap. For a family of four, for one Hr, if you all participate, will set you back $48.
What a great family friendly environment! Hosted a birthday party here. Best Sky Zone we have been to!
Busy place, especially on weekends. Bring your extra dose of patients, as kids LOVE LOVE Love this place
Very MEAN, impatient, and uncaring employees! Perhaps they should go through a child training before being hired so they don’t make everyone’s experience like what we had! Other wise it would have been very enjoyable!
I would not recommend this place
Just simple fact that the charge. 50 cents for Tap water it’s ridiculous. We ask to speak to a manager about the situación he was so rude and told me to not to speak that way in his establishment just bringing this to his atención clearly the coupon say you could get water or a fountain drink. This establishment lost loyal costumers I will not come back I would recommend this place to no one. They need better people skills and need to treat there customers better.: (
Sky Zone was the best had lots of fun and has great employees plus there was a thick blond employee had a fat ass
Used to go a bunch! Unfortunately, dodgeball is never open and I actually popped a muscle getting out of the foam pit a time ago. Service is great, just consider working out and strengthening your muscles before you incorporate this into your schedule!
Toddler time is perfect. I love it. My twins can run around safe and get burned out at the same time.
Went here for a friends birthday party (3 year olds)
The waiver they force you to sign is a total joke, basically if your kid gets hurt in any way shape of form they're not responsible. Also the fact that you can't use your own socks is dumb. Seems like an easy way for them to make easy extra money.
The jump area was way too crowded, it was full of adults and big kids jumping all over the place and the 3 year olds had to try and jump with them. There was only one worker in the main area trying to control the madness, he did a good job but was way outnumbered. Theres not enough seating for parents and people with the party that aren't jumping.everyone just uncomfortably stands around.
The party rooms need a wall and a window installed instead of rails and being open to the park way too much noise. It would also be way too easy for a kid to fall over the rails.
They don't have highchairs for the party rooms so tough luck if you have a toddler.
