Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Riverside CA

I live down the street from this little gem, and had NO IDEA that it even existed until I was required to pay a visit for a college class I was taking. The animals were amazing and you get to have an up close intimate view with them. My fav were the little monkeys (who were a trip, LOL)! Also, the entry price is low, and a nice affordable outing for a large family.

I've been a devoted jumper for almost 9 months and a member for 6 months.love, love this place! The staff of young adults has been nothing but awesome and helpful every time I come in. I don't have one negative to say about Skyzone in Riverside?

It’s a little crowded and tacky looking; they could really benefit from a larger building so parents can see and interact with their kids better.

Took my daughter and we had a blast, not only was it a work out for me, but it also tired out my daughter. Environment was clean and staff was friendly, no complains. I will be back

I booked a party here for my kiddos and I think it was a little too pricey for what we got. I will say it has been nicely renovated.so for $600 the room only had table covers and cups plates for kids and that’s it for about for 23 kids we got a full hour of jumping but the room time was only 40min and I couldn’t bring in ANYTHING and could only order either extra pizzas and drinks they did offer overpriced goody bags and catering from farmer boys like veggie or fruit tray for 35$. Everything was way to pricey. I got two extra pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks so total 6 pizzas with my extra order of pizzas I didn’t get extra plates or cups they said because only the kids get them I was annoyed about that but the host did grab me some extras for the adults. Also there was no hand sanitizer that they offered for the kids, host said sorry we don’t and that just irked me cause we only had 40 min inside so I had to use my hand sanitizer and go around giving the kids, ive been to other jump places that do provide this and do allow outside food as extra and for a cheaper price. Would I do a party here again prob not

Everything was great the only reason why I gave it 4 star was because the restroom was dirty smelled bad.

Cashier wasn't friendly. Couldn't even bother to greet me or smile. Food court was filthy, meanwhile they have multiple employees standing around in closed areas, or hanging out in groups. Bathroom stunk. Trampoline area was clean and in good condition, but with everything else, I probably wouldn't go back. And when they asked me to leave a review they sent three texts addressed to my child. What's up with that?

Place is overpriced. Paid $30 for an hour of time. The time starts when you pay not when you actually start jumping. Bad service and I got hurt as well as the padding are very rough.

Honestly it was a fun time, but then you have a bunch of kids going absolutely wild all over the place which is something they can’t really control but then you have the supervisors telling at you for being in the same jumping square when it’s really not their fault. But again I get it you can’t control it that well. Also, I feel like this is common but you have to pay for the socks even if you have an identical pair with the padding underneath and everything. The door was of a small amount and expensive but it was still a fun time.

Had a blast with my son. I'm like a big kid myself. I thought I would have one favorite section in the trampoline park but no I participated in every thing.

Took my son for some jumping fun, but I could not because of my back today. He wanted two hours and I was like, okay, it's a lot of jumping. Yes was the answer. Then after, wanted another hour, it is discounted to add time, but my son was sore for two days and he is a very active 9 year old. Staff was GREAT, place was clean, BUT the snack bar only had popcorn and cheese sticks as they were out of everything else.

Excellent customer service and kid friendly staff! They were able to accommodate my 10 younger cousins to a family play date with a Wonderful fun filled day! Both day and evening managers were phenomenal and helpful! 10 stars!

My daughter’s loved Skyzone before now it’s 10xs more. The new attractions really hit the mark for them. We will definitely be going back, we are even considering their monthly passes.

The service at Skyzone is unreal. They made my 6 year olds birthday party a complete breeze. Imagine 12 boys that can’t sit still with boundless amounts of energy. What perfect place to take them for 2 hours! From booking the event to waiting for our party to jump and play the Skyzone team was incredible. I wouldn’t think twice about using them again for any children’s party again. My son loved every minute and when the party. Thanks again Skyzone for making it his best party ever.

Fun place. Best to go with a larger group. Spend about an hour or hour and a half as a young adult/teen, kids will probably stay longer. A lot of the employees were super attractive. I’d go back.
