This included the design help and quote from Mike, a pre-installation review and post installation inspection by Ruben, the installation by Matt and his team, and administrative support by Vicki. Just had SKYE WALLS replace large windows and doors across the back of my home. The product is high quality and looks beautiful. Their sales representative, Mike Morris, helped with design and planning and kept in touch every step of the way. The installation crew was respectful of our home and meticulous in their work. A big thank you to Remmy, Nick, Raul, Salvador, Keke, and Jason who were pleasant and professional during their time with us. The end result speaks for their labor and for the quality of the product. We had four sets of sliding doors installed by Skye Walls SD last season, and are quite happy with how they've held up in the desert environment since. The product itself is great, and the team of guys who came out (Brad, Diego, Ruben, Christian) did a stellar job and were a pleasure to have on premises.

I did certainly have a handful of issues throughout the process; ranging from constant communication and scheduling issues with Brad (guys not showing up when he told me they would just to find out he sent them to another job without rescheduling with me, having me take multiple days off for no reason, not returning phone calls for days, ect.), to two of the doors being installed with the wrong sliding direction. That said, Michael in the office handled everything in stellar fashion and got the job done properly and as quickly as possible.

Aside from the installation issues, the product has held up incredibly well with absolutely no leaking from intense rain. They look incredible, and the black metal doesn't get as hot in the desert sun as expected. I would gladly work with them again, I would just work directly with the managment and confirm details with precision before installation.

After reviewing several bids from various contractors, I ended up selecting Skyewalls for my sliding glass door project. This was a large (6 figure) project to remove existing doors from a mid-1995 construction home, enlarge three openings, and install Skyewalls sliding glass doors. The team designed a solution around using an external pocketing door system which avoided having to install a new header. This helped save $ which enabled me to invest those resources into other home improvement projects. The solution entailed trenching along the house foundation and pouring a concrete footer which supports new door tracks.

The team was lead by the project manager Al, and on-site was Ben, Josue, and Dale. Supporting from the office was Jeremy and Shadron. Even the general manager Mike paid a few visits early in the project to help fill in while Al was out sick.

Like any major home renovation project, I expected the unexpected, and this turned out to be the case. We encountered some supply chain delays, some sporadic constraints on crew availability, and some warranty repair issues (some leaks were identified after the doors were initially installed and one of the panels had defective glass needed to be replaced from the factory). All these conspired to delay the project timeline significantly, however one of the main reasons I chose Skyewalls was that one company was able to take full project ownership: supply of the window hardware, demolition, installation, and finishing work. When they didn’t have the in-house expertise, they brought in skilled tradesmen as subcontractors. The alternative was to buy the windows from a supplier and then hire a contractor to install, but I could foresee if problems arose downstream, there could be a bunch of finger pointing between the contractor and window supplier.

With Skyewalls being my sole point of contact, they were able to engineer solutions as problems were encountered and I never felt like they would give up or abandon a very complex installation.

Even though I obviously would have preferred everything worked perfectly with the initial installation, the fact that they worked tirelessly to fix and ultimately rectify the underlying issues and stand by their work product said a lot about the integrity of this company.

In the end I’m very happy with the new doors and would recommend them to others.

Very happy with this company from start to finish with this project. The whole team was very easy to work with and super responsive. We replaced an existing (2 door) sliding door to an even bigger (3 door) sliding door! All permits/demo/electrical were taken care of by the team. First of all I would like to thank the installers; Jason, Raul, Junior, Remi, Enrique land Mikey for all their hard and difficult work. This crew was incredible, professional and did an excellent job on a very difficult situation. The windows are great and the company goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Their prices were fair for the 22 windows that I had installed. At least half of what I was quoted for Anderson windows. David McNiel and Rueben were responsive and always available for questions and answers. Everyone in this organization were on top of things including Vicky Kim in the office. Of course I would recommend this organization.

Dale Huber and Ruben Ortiz are very professional and do quality work. They were able to answer any questions I had and did an amazing job.

The quality of the door is only surpassed by the excellent installation by the team. Each step in this process has been seamless communication, on time performance, respect for my time and property, and a beautiful result. Highly recommend.

Zebi, Dale, Brad, AL, Ruben, Ryan and whole crew were fun to work with and did a great job. Quick to respond to questions and solved all problems in a timely manner. Our patio door looks great!

It took longer than expected but the guys Cristian, Brad and Al were all super professional and relentless in getting the sliding doors installed! The two sliders we put in have transformed the light and flow of the house and the views we have now are incredible! Thanks guys!

We had a 3 panel sliding door installed. We had an issue with the installation and Brad the quality control manager came out to take a look. He agreed with us and sent Christian and Ruben out to make it right. They completely reinstalled the door to make it perfect. I appreciate a company that goes the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend Skye Walls.

Zibi and Leon were great to have for the installation. We have a tough corner to deal with - their craftsmanship made the corner look like a custom installation. They matched our existing trim and it looks fantastic.

Skywalls did an amazing job opening a structural wall and installing a 8’ slider. The entire team from demo to installation to project management was flawless! Brad and Al were with us every step of the way and always with a smile and a great attitude.
