So many issues with this platform. Unfortunately it is clear that most of the programmers have never represented a client with a real estate listing or purchase. Been offering feedback for years but see zero results.
Very poor transaction software, do not recommended. Their support team is terrible. What the advertised has nothing to do with how the program works. Fundamentals from real estate like legal description, seller's names, counties, do not auto populate, documents mapped incorrectly. It is an absolute disaster.
Wastes of money.
If I could give it lower I would. Don't get caught up in there auto extending contracts. That's what companies with inferior products do to keep customers. Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. The customer service, or should I say non existent service. Pad and paper is a better system
