I ordered the Moped B3 online (more like a scooter with a seat and not an actual moped) and received the order within a week. Sadly it was the wrong item but they were able to fix it. However it took about 1 & 1/2 weeks to receive it due to slow response through email.
When I did receive the right item it came with no assembly instructions. They also told me they would send a phone holder and small pack but I have yet to receive it.
I was going to use it for work which was about 14miles in total. On their site it says 25mile range. But it sadly only lasted 10miles.
I have emailed multiple times for a return and refund for about 2 weeks but they have yet to respond at all.
I saw that this is a recurring problem in other reviews with online.
I also can't find a phone number on there website.
Definitely could get same quality for cheaper on Amazon.

Update: Had this only for a month; battery indicator acting up and seat does not stay up anymore. And still no response

Josh was fabulous! Very informative, friendly, answered every question we had, very helpful and not pushy at all. He unboxed and showed us how to do everything to set up our scooters and have fun! I highly recommend coming here if looking for some personal outdoor fun on a scooter for you and or your family! And you can't beat his prices and he has a great selection!

We were taking a trip to San Luis Obispo by train and wanted to be able to scoot around town with my wife on scooters, they were easy to fold so they're allowed on the train,
And also since we owned Tesla's it is a good mode of transportation that we can put in your trunk when you want to drop off our car for long charging station.
Let me say the guys were good and they really tried to be good on customer service, I feel really comfortable with the company knowing that I can always go back for any issues that arise in the future.
