My 10 year old daughter Loves her hygienist Brenda! She is so patient and really makes her feel comfortable! The front staff is always on point as well! Thx ladies!

The doctor that came in the room did not check my Mouth and and talked about Medi-Cal so bad and their Medi-Cal was for poor people talked about the area that his office was in that’s why Medi-Cal didn’t pay for root canals and Medi-Cal dude pay for root canals he was very discriminatory toward me and I did not like it I am filed a complaint against his office him SL dental group with the American dental Association I do not recommend any African-Americans going there that’s on Medi-Cal because if you get that doctor he’s gonna make try to make you feel like you’re lower than low that’s what he said about Medi-Cal and people owe Medi-Cal so I will not be going there anymore

Keke was very rude to me and she kept speaking in a different language to somebody that could speak English and then speaking to me in a rudely manner, I was calling because I’m in pain and I wanted a dental appointment to confirm what I already think. But she insisted that it would be a waste of time she kept asking for a referral because they didn’t have a specialist for what I might need done. And when I told her I didn’t appreciate her rude manner most specially with me being the one in pain! She didn’t seem to care at all Moral of the story, she didn’t want to book me an appointment because she didn’t want to waste her own time. Which is messed up because I actually need a dental provider but I guess I can cross SL dental off my list thanks to keke and the other rude lady that answered my call.

They were very professional, patient, and made sure my fillings pain free. Ming and Lydia took good care of me.

I really love Dr Mai dental office, he is the most gentlest dentist ever. I’m very fond of Brenda Torres the dental hygienist, she is also very gentle and thorough.
The crew in the front is also nice.

Called to ask if they make the dental appliance mouthpiece. Whomever this young girl was that answered the phone was arrogant, unprofessional and extremely rude. Will not step my foot in their door

Usually I have a panic attack at the dentist but it’s relaxing there and people are so nice and explain everything. And a guy came in and really had me laughing Nestor was his name. I love people who aren’t so serious. Also great music played. And I didn’t have to wait to get in to see dentist. I left happy. Thank you! You all were perfect. I will tell others about you.

They are always efficient and through. Ms. Brenda the head hygienist is such a hard worker, so friendly and knows what she's doing. I'm 52 yrs old, hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to in my life!

UPDATE:
I still love this place, but I’m a little concerned with how they are scheduling their teeth cleanings. At first I had my hygienist from start to finish for one hour, sometimes a little over if I was really bad, now they seem to be over-booking patients to squeeze more people in so that my hygienist seems to be rushed and my cleanings-scraping are approx 30min with them. Then a second person does the flossing, polishing and fluoride at the end for the last 15min. My cleanings would take almost the full hour before just to scrape, so I’m a little concerned they are being made to rush with the new scheduling system and my teeth aren’t getting the quality service they used to get before. Then the book issues…. My appointment was made months ago and they kept overbooking my hygienist with new patients. So they started running late, which NEVER happened before under the old system. Last time I went was July, and they seemed to have gotten the double booking thing under control, but I thought I’d mention it because it was a huge annoyance. Before, it was a nice little community dental office who took the time for patient education and dental health, now they just seem like every other dental office that packs in people just for the money and have the appearance of over working their staff because they are just always running back and forth like they are putting out fires. Coming from a union proud family—this is not ok in my book. So having said all this, I decided to knock off 1 star from their previous 5 star rating.

Love the staff! They run the office very efficiently so I’m never waiting for too long and I always get seen on time. The dentists care about their patients and enjoy teaching me ways to take better care of my teeth and gums. They always catch problems before they get too bad and so I’m able to correct my behavior like how hard I brush and recommend inexpensive solutions to problems like certain toothpastes. Thanks to them, my gingivitis hasn’t progressed and my gums are looking really healthy now.

Dr. Zheng and Jessica took great care of me. They ensured that I was comfortable and informed of each step to not be anxious (since I tend to be at the dentist's office). Nonetheless, they did a great job on my filling and Jessica is very skilled. Thank you all for so much again.

They did everything possible, to make sure I was comfortable for my first visit/exam. Also fit me in the busy schedule to complete my cleaning the same day!

They are professional, friendly, respectful and seem to care about the comfort of their patients. Dr. Dale Zheng went above and beyond. I appreciated the dental assistant who cared for my son. The office is clean and they are patient with people who have anxiety during a procedure. They give you all the information you need on your follow up care and are always available to assist you with any questions

The dental assistant was great! However, I was hit in the head with ball in the waiting room. Children should not throw balls indoors.

Very professional dentist! Very compassionate. The lady at the front desk is also very polite. The equipment is very complete.

The tooth cleaning is only 20 minutes do not like before almost one hour. The doctor Mo was great as usual that he explained my tooth's situation and what needs to be done in the near future. The billing assistant told me that my future extract tooth needs to pay $200, and the partial dentures is $2500! Wow! How that happens? I had extraction and one tooth partial denture with no charge (I'm with Medi-Cal and Medi-Cal Dental). Is some new policy issued recently in Medi-Cal?

My experience was the very best it could be at a dentist office. I was seen promptly, everyone was cordial and assisted me in every way.

Dr. Dale is the greatest. Caught some cavities after I complained about pain on the left side of my mouth and got me fixed up that same day. 10/10 would recommend
