Awful and rude people. Several months after getting sleep studies here (which resulted in no help) we get a call saying we owe money. So we called our insurance company and they explained to us that the fine people of sleep health md made a mistake when coding the bill, no big deal. When we called sleep health md back and tried to explain this, we were treated as if we were delinquents trying to avoid a bill and told there’s no way sleep health md made a mistake and that they “billed it as they always do. ” They even had the nerve to flat out hang up in my wife’s face, which resulted in another collector calling and not even apologizing to my wife for their rude colleague. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
