My wife and I walked in to learn about the Sleep Number mattresses because we wanted a more comfortable sleep. We were attracted by their good reviews and name in the market, as well as the Labor Day sale. Even though prices were still quite higher that we wished for, after learning about their mattresses and trying several of them, we were sold! Ben, the sales person, was also very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. Our decision was based upon: quality of the product, comfort, durability, the 100-day trial period, and the long-term warranty.

On the day that me and my wife arrived at Sleep Number, we had doubts about the sales pitch that we was going to receive from a salesman. But with no pressure the salesman explained and demonstrated how the bed worked, allowing us to lay on it as he showed us. Well, done deal. We bought the bed and glad we did. Thank you Sleep Number.

Just spent our first night in our new bed. Amazing! Not only was the bed wonderful the whole process of getting it was. Harrison helped us find the right bed on our term we visited the store multiple time while we thought about the purchase. Harrison reached out to let us know about a sale and that's when we decided to go for it. Harrison made sure we thought of everything like sheets and mattress covers and helped us remove the things we didn't need like feet warmers. The whole instore experience was great. Sure we had to wait 6 weeks for the bed but honestly it flew by and one it got her the delivery guys were great help remove the old bed and frame and hot the new one in in a flash. Great all around customer service!

The customer service here is excellent. Had a great experience with our salesperson Harrison. He let us take time looking at the different beds and wasn't pushy at all. A lot of salespeople tend to put pressure on you to make a sale but Harrison was cool calm and collected. Highly recommend these beds and purchasing from Harrison!

The best nights sleep? Here’s my experience. I spend close to $9k and get UP SOLD on all the extras. Including the feet heater! In the next week, I get scheduled out 2 weeks. When I realize 3 days before, delivery was on a Saturday, and I was out of town. I called to change my delivery date with the SLO Mgr. He says Now it’s another 2 week wait. I had been patient, but this was concerning. When you spend that kind of money you expect to be taken care of. I had been patient. So during my convo with the “Mgr” I mentioned other mattresses at other local companies. A Sterns and foster I had looked at. I told him I would think about it, and call him back. When I did, He actually encouraged the cancellation in a patronizing way saying, “ what happened to the other mattresses in town? ”. He discouraged me from calling the local store any further, and directed me to the dreaded “800” number. That was seriously his disposition in a 5 minute call. Well I went through with the delivery. Or so I thought. So now it’s 5 weeks later, the installer shows up in 2 minutes from LA, and says your bed frame is 8 inches to high. Didn’t your sales rep mention taller legs, no I said. I said don’t you carry those. He said no, but now it’s going to be 2 weeks from when you get rescheduled for delivery. Lol. This is their customer service on the initial purchase? This shows what it would look like WHEN, not if you need service. Coming from LA every time, I don’t think so. Contrary, to the sales tactics. You haven’t made it, because you have a sleep number. This is not precious commodity. And yes, if you spend close to $9k and can’t get your bed for 2 months, if that. Then you’ll be waiting many months for service. Here’s the issue. This is not a LOCAL business. 1-800 numbers with 30 minute waits, service coming from 4 hours away. Not to mention I had to talk to multiple people to cancel my order. That is not LOCAL! NO.don’t do it. Dont give your hard earned money to a Big city company that dosent appreciate you or your business. Go somewhere that appreciates you! What’s your sleep number mine is N/A!
