Was a great experience. Sleep Number stores and service is always top notch. I got a call to remind me to use my rewards before it expires. Never had a company do that. This is my second bed from this company. My newest bed is more amazing than the first one I purchased.

Sales person Jevan was very good. Delivery people (one was Damien) very good. First night with our P5 both my husband and I had very poor sleep. Tried a range of levels and my back is hurting. My husband's hands were numb. We are going to try things again tonight but for $3000 I think I may have gotten rid of my old mattress to quickly.

Was told when purchasing that i had a 15 year warranty and that all parts would be covered for 15 years that is a flat out lie. My bed is glitching out and needs a new pump that im expected to pay for.the bed is less than 2 years old. Will NEVER buy a sleep number again. We arrived without an appointment, though I now recommend calling and planning ahead, as we were there for nearly two hours. I figured, "It's a mattress, why do I need an appointment? " Well, the experience is much more involved than buying a mattress. It involves fitting you to the right mattress for how you sleep, and that takes time if done right. We were given time and information to consider the pros and cons of the store's many versions of Sleep Number mattresses. By the time we decided what mattress we wanted, we had lain on all of them and never once were we pushed toward one over another. Although Sleep Number mattresses are not inexpensive, consider what a friend said before we went to the store. "You spend one third of your life on your mattress. Make sure it's a good one. " We did that, and Cameron De Coud, our sales rep, was exceedingly careful and helpful in guiding us toward the right decision without pressure. His was low-key salesmanship at its best.

No pressure from the salesman! Just shows you the different beds and explains the difference. You spend so much time sleeping, it pays to be able to sleep in comfort.

Very informative. After telling them we have not looked at mattresses for thirty years, we were told we have no idea about the price of mattresses today.

The salesman was great, (5 stars for him) and took his time helping me in the store as well as helping me stay inside my budget. 1 star because after less than two years I am already getting a new mattress. Do not buy sleep number, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great customer service very professional and very knowledgeable sales staff. There was no high pressure sales personnel or atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and our sales person maintained his attention to our questions and needs.

We have been waiting for this new bed for too long. Timing was right and Tony at the Folsom store helped walk both of us through choices to end up with the best selection of bed for us. After having the same Sleep#bed for 18 yrs it was time for a new one. Tony was very knowledgeable, informative, and never pushy.

We had THE BEST experience shopping with Brita, the manager at the Palladio store. We literally did all of our shopping from the bed we ended up ordering. If she sold cars or real estate, we may have bought those from her too. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, non-salesy and when we left we felt like we had a new friend.
