Staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about buying some expensive sheets that I absolutely needed. Im as happy clam in with my new sheets and can't wait to buy more.btw, Don't own a sleep number bed but now wish I do
HORRIBLE! Bought the queen i8 with adjustable base I was told in the store by the sales rep within the first 100 nights everything is returnable I witnessed this being told to other couples as well in store. I was having seizures so my mother came to lock in the order as we didn’t want to miss out on the sale same day FYI WE WERE ALSO TOLD BY SERVICE REP THIS BED CAME WITH A PHYSICAL REMOTE AS PART OF THE PROMOTION. The bed was delivered and noticed right away sagging in the foam and the frame jolted when it would move up and down, my partner and I roll into each-other- and the best is not plush or soft it’s very hard the delivery team said give it some time for the foam to decompress. So we did! The delivery team told me to download an app to my phone to use the base- excuse me huh? Where’s the remote? He said the app is the remote!
After over a month sleeping on it I Called customer service wanting to return everything for a full refund- they assured me I could but wanted to try something first so they sent out a comfort fit pad, chamber kit, new bed cover and more foam to make the bed softer it was installed today and it made the bed worse. I called cyst service to return everything while sleep number techs were still at my house they told me I can only return the mattress but they would charge me $267 to pick it up. I said hold up what! I assured them the store told me I could return everything and customer service told me that same thing. The two supervisors I spoke to were very snarky and said if the contract is signed regardless of who signed it doesn’t matter you can’t return it. COMPLETE BS- do not buy a sleep number bed with an adjustable base unless you are fully aware and okay with their return policies. (btw my mother was told she was signing a delivery contract- SMH!)

I purchased a bed on credit, and I felt scammed once I was told they also gave me a credit card from them, which I didn't ask for. Very underhanded way of doing business.
We got our bed Oct 11,2022.
In February, the bed leans a lot to the left and is lumpy. Also on my husband's side it is sliding off the bottom. Called customer service, talked to 3 different people for over an hour. Sent pictures etc. They send out a guy, with mattress straps and he says to get a foot rail. WHAT! Needless to say, no foot rail has ever come our way, which isn't the bed is gettng worse.
Customer service just blows you off. So we now have an $8000 bed that is the worst bed we have ever had! Don't do it

The price i saw online at 1,999.00 wasn't the bed they sold that one was 5,900.00 nice bed but wasn't looking to buy a small car) sale man's was nice
Very nice experience. Kick back, lay on a bed and decide how much cushion you want your new bed to have. There really is no pressure to buy. Beds are more expensive than most but they are expected to last 15 years or more, which kinda makes it worth the expense.

Came in looking for a bed the GF n I could both enjoy. Customer Service was amazing. They really want your business and it shows.
I know I will love my sleep number bed, because I have slept on my daughter’s. My brother and wife, his son and wife, my son and wife and my daughter and husband all have king size Sleep Number beds. They all love and enjoy them. I’m 81 and ordered a queen size. I am so excited about this and can hardly wait for it to be delivered to my new home. Carlos, the salesman, was very knowledgeable, kind and I would highly recommend him and as nice as he is handsome. He also wore a mask for me, asking if I would like him to.underlying health issues.
Hate our bed.bought the top of the line most expesive one with all the perks and was mislead regarding the return policy.slept on it one night and hated it.they said we couldn't return it until we slept on it for 30 days.then told us only a small portion, like less then half of the $10k we spent was refundable. Worst experience. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I didn't which is rare.bought on a whim as hubby saw miraculous sounding ads and we fell for them. Now we have a $10k paperweight that is causing damages to my expenseive Pottery Barn bed frame. UNHAPPY!
Kay and Kathryn were such huge helpers! They both walked me through the process and answered all my questions. THey have also followed up everyday to make sure that I don't have any questions or need anything. I HIGHLY reccomend them if you are considering buying a sleep number bed!
Please be careful with any purchase with sleep number. I can only speak about my experience as I purchased a bed and returned it within the trail period. Without any notification from sleep number they turned me over to a collection service where I discovered I owe $1,400. After multiple phone calls I discovered that the high price was due to an adjustable frame that is not refundable. Honestly I didn’t read the fine print, but I trusted the sales associate that told me the frame was only $300. I wouldn’t recommend doing a purchase unless you are not planning on exchanging it. Regardless of the 100day trial with mattress they will stick you with the price of a frame. Wish I knew this as their customer service has been lousy. Every person has put me on hold and done their best to avoid me including the original sales associate that got me in this situation.
I spent over $200 on the Trutemp sheets, have had them less than a month, and have washed them three times. They are already starting to pill up and become scratchy. I called in and was routed to customer service in which they told me that it's not considered a defect and is not covered in their warranty. I understand that after some time of having the sheets, but less than a month is pretty infuriating. I've spent $20 on sheets at ikea that I've had for 5+ years that perform better than these. My mistake for spending an obscene amount of money with them. I just hoped their customer service was better.
Carlos was excellent when it came to showing up the bed that would work best for us. He clearly explained all the options that were available and didn't try to make us buy anything that we didn't want.
