What a beautiful experience. Everyone at SLOCO is passionate, excepting and knowledgeable. I live that they give so much back to the community and make the services more accessible. The cryo is gold! I will def be back.

I recently visited Sloco Massage + Wellness in San Luis Obispo and had a mixed experience. However, I am pleased to share that the owner took the proper actions to resolve the issue and prevent such situations from happening in the future. The owner's genuine effort to rectify the situation and their commitment to creating a more customer-centric environment has contributed to an overall positive experience for my family and I.

During our first visit, the staff warmly greeted us and provided us with a guided tour of each session's process, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The red light therapy and sauna sessions were particularly beneficial as they helped alleviate inflammation and left us feeling more energized.

While our second visit initially presented a negative experience, I am glad to acknowledge that the owner has taken appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening again. They have shown a commitment to ensuring that all guests are welcomed and well cared for. As such, you can rest assured you will be welcomed and taken care of even if you don’t know English since the staff has been trained on this matter.

Overall, Sloco Massage + Wellness’s dedication to resolving issues, their customer-centric approach, and their inclusive environment makes it a great place to unwind and de-stress regardless of your background.

Edit: Revisiting SloCo Massage + Wellness for the third time proved to be an enjoyable experience for my family and I. The establishment boasts a comforting environment, and the staff's approach was marked by kindness. We observed noticeable enhancements in their communication and services. I definitely recommend you give this wellness center a try!

I've been coming to SloCo health and wellness for the dry salt therapy and it has done wonders for my allergies and sinus. No more having to take sudafed and dealing with side effects. I'm so glad I found out about this place!

I went in for my first SLOCO massage today with Brian and it definitely won’t be my last. I got the 80 min hot stone massage - yup, go big or go home! Seriously one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had ALOT. I also was able to use their lymphatic drainage system the prior week and that was extremely relaxing and worked wonders on my legs after lots of running. Highly recommend this amazing establishment to locals and out of town visitors. Oh and if you’re a teacher or student, take advantage of SLOCO’s special deals just for you every third Thursday of the month.

This place is amazing and helps me recover from all the work travel and any gym workouts that I do.

Sloco is the place to go for self care. From the massages to the sauna to cryotherapy they have so many services that I use regularly to help me relax and feel amazing. My personal favorite is the soma dome meditation pod. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping you feel your best. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Booked an afternoon of pure bliss on a whim and I am so glad I did. I was a bit reluctant trying a new place, especially when I received a call prior to my appointment that the female therapist had called in sick. The staff was so welcoming and explained everything to me upon my arrival. Scott, my massage therapist, helped me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the room. He listen to my needs and checked in every so often, making sure I felt comfortable. The dry sauna and full body detox was as icing on the cake to complete my experience. My only regret was not booking a longer massage!
