Sluts the wine bar reviews
9$20 glass of wine and this is the pour…. Lol illegal. Selling bottles at 2.5X what they are worth ($60 minimum but on average $80) This place is a joke.
I honestly think they are just playing a joke on people. Like one day, someone will come out and say "Just kidding! Here's an actual wine bar. "
Uh. 6 bucks for ramen noodles in a cup?
Eggo waffles?
Marie Calendars?
Must be a joke.
Never going there again.
I came here with a group of mostly queer women who wanted to have a fun time in a queer-owned place that proudly promotes itself as a safe space. At last call, a man chose to sit uncomfortably close to us, despite there being plenty of other seats available. He and his friend then began to hit on us, inappropriately comment on our looks, call us liars, and would not leave us alone, despite us asking them numerous times to go away.
Again, it was last call; the music had quieted and there were few patrons left. We became increasingly loud while defending ourselves against the unwanted advances and behaviors of these men. The staff could definitely hear the situation going down, but did nothing to step in for us against these predatory males.
I fully recognize that a bar cannot control the behavior of every person who walks through the door; however, if you see a group of women being harassed, you should step up and not be a bystander (especially in a place like this). On another note, it’s weird that last call was at 12 AM on a Saturday despite their hours being listed as open until 2 AM, and the wines were overpriced ($18 for a glass that tasted like it had turned).
More gimmicky than good. Wine selection was great, food offerings seem more like a joke. Space is a bit sparse.
The food menu is an atrocity. I can’t believe my eyes. $6 cup noodles? $10 FOR A LUNCHABLES? I’m shocked, appalled, and offended. Feel free to come here if you have the money and don’t care.
I had such an amazing time here! The staff are wonderful, the people are queer, and the wine is really something special without being outrageously priced.
Everyone who works here is a gem. If you’re looking for a natural wine bar this is your place
