I paid $340 for repair that broke one day later. When quality of product was questioned he responded by getting upset calling me all kind of derogatory names in front of my small child. Tried to snatch my phone when I pulled back he slapped it out of my hand hitting my hand all with my baby in arm! I’m disgusted
This is not ok I had to contact the authorities
This is cheap product and cheap glass used.
This guy should not be allowed to do business with this kind of behavior

Such a scam, the guy was trying to gaslight me about my phone not being able to charge and that it would cost 40 to fix it when i literally have charged it that same morning to full percent. It had some blockage at the port and i didnt have small enough tweezers to pick at it. He almost got me to change my battery too when i asked for a cleanup. I explained it to him and he doubled down saying they charge for every thing they do on the phone. 40 for the cleanup and 40 for the charge port cleanup!? Such a scam

I use to like coming here but now it's just expensive and the guy that's usually there has bad custom service. I have brought more than one device here and the Asia guy is the one that is helpful. Other repair shops tell you if they see something else wrong with the device but not here, at least not anymore.
