I placed a call this morning about 11 a.m, left my name and phone number. I received a call back about 4: 30 p.m. From Rigo Salinas. He was very understanding and helpful. He described in detail, how we were to proceed with getting a replacement of the Bio Mega TENS unit. Great customer service is so rare these days! I really appreciate it. Thanks.

I had a flat iron that started to give me some problems. I knew it had a warranty, but could not find the information. I called the company. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. After describing the problem, I was instructed to fill out the necessary information and send a picture of my flat iron with a check for the shipping and handling. I received an email when the replacement authorization was approved, and received my new flat iron shortly thereafter. They were pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

My Wife and I went to the Target in early November. We spoke with Maximo Bompart and he showed us a sign in the electronic department stating that Target was doing a $200 giftcard to the store for those signing up with AT&T. I had a Samsung Galaxy S9 so we traded it in for the Iphone 12. My phone was in excellent condition but the main reason and likely the only reason that we signed up in-store was for the promotion and the $200 gift card. We processed and shipped everything back with the S9 and received the Iphone 12, as an even exchange ($799.99). We have spoken with AT&T Rewards Services and Billing already and they said any gift card or promotional offers would need to be redeemed in-store. They said they could not help us at all.

We have called multiple times to speak to someone in regards to AT&T at the Holly Springs store and have gotten the run around a bit. When we spoke to the AT&T Representative in store, they said they had never heard of this promotion, which was incredibly upsetting. Max gave us his number in case we had any issues (on the date of purchase) and he has not returned any calls. Gianna, I believe, is who I spoke with yesterday and she said Max was not a manager so he couldn't do anything to help and we needed to wait on a call from a Manager. Maybe that's why he never answered calls or returned voicemails?

I asked explicitly at the date of purchase if it was in fact a $200 Target gift card to the store and he said yes. The $250 off of the phone ($10 off per month for 25 months) was in addition to the $200 Target Gift Card. The first mentioned promo is what Gianna (I think is her name) said was the only promotion happening.

We were told that it would take one billing cycle to process the $200 gift card and we have now paid two bills (so it's been over one billing cycle). AT&T also confirmed that they have received the S9.

Our end goal for all of this is simply that we are wanting the gift card that was promised at the date of purchase. This was the only reason for us switching and now I feel as if we have been lied to We we’re not very sure about this but the guy was very pushy and followed us around the entire store. If you could please shed a bit of light on the situation, it would be greatly appreciated as all of us, I'm sure, want this to be solved and over with.

We have received one call from Martin Sanchez stating he would resolve our issue in a few days and it has now been three weeks. I will fix this review if our issue gets resolved. If it does not get resolved I think this company is pushing SCAMS all over.
