I took my note 20 ultra for a new battery but they gave it to me scratched on the back cover and all the glue edge they do it as if they didn't care about their work a very bad job

I came in for a new battery for my Mac book air laptop (2013) and they made the process very easy. The guy who helped me had excellent customer service. I'll definitely go back to them if I need help with my laptop:)
