Smart & Final, Daly City CA

I don't come here that often but shopping experience is alright. They had everything I needed. Prices were alright. No crazy deals but prices were standard with anyone else

While I was paying, I noticed that one of the lady forgot one of her grocery bag. I offered to give it back to her on my way back to the car but the cashier (asian male) said she will come back to get it instead of going after her. Huh? Lol. Once I got back to my car, I saw the lady took off…

This guy just wanted to keep the grocery for himself. If you actually thought that I was going to steal the grocery for myself, your laziness as an employee to go after her speaks for itself.

I love this place! Yes it gets busy and yes you may have to wait in line but the deals are worth it. Great prices and for the most part helpful employees.
Once you get over the shock of the increase in prices it really hasn't changed much.

They have good choices, some a bit pricey than Costco and others not. Friendly staff. Had what I was looking for. Will go again

Customer service is meh. Carts are dirty, no wipes put out for customers to clean them and fruits are old.

Smart & Final is awesome. I hope this store continue, don't matter what are the threats against the business, but from the government, threatening and mandating them with overtaxing them paying, to much on taxes. It looks as the Roman Empire again is dominating our country. All of us also, when we go and pay for something, mainly foods, the prices went high, so, we too it looks we paying the theirs taxes also.

Ok, I was looking on many places for the smaller bags for trash, the smaller bag for 3 or 4 gallons space in the bags. None of the stores had the smaller bag, but I found it there in Smart & Final. Also, they have enough potatoes and onions. But, it was crowded with customers. It was smart & final what I was looking for.

This place is always our go to when both my husband and I don't feel like going to Costco. Reason being is that for one, there are only certain big stuff we need at Costco and two, we also like to do a little shopping as well which they have most of what we need at one spot. Save gas and time.

Fabulous find! Lots of fresh organic produce at great prices, a wide variety of vegan/vegetarian staples, great selection of plant based foods and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. So excited to go back!

This store has a large selection. It helps to have a list.
Very large store. Many choices. Great place to shop if you're having a party or you have lots of children. I got a great deal on snacks

I like the cashiers, but really won't be shopping there much. The prices have sky rocketed. No fault of there's. Just don't have everything I need anymore

Bring your own sanitizer/sanitizing wipes. This is the second time I've been here where there's been nothing to wipe carts or hands. Sanitizing station just sits there empty.

Empty shelves, products in disarray, apathetic employees. No care given or offered by the employees who are visibly unhappy and unmotivated.

I go here every week for my usual grocery items in the dairy isle.
Greek yogurt plain & 4%l low fat small curd cottage cheese' eggs, 100 % whole wheat bread
The items on the packaging are called First Street brand which cost less and taste just as good as the well known brand. This is why i come to.mission st daly city store i see them regularly and are so friendly and helpful and all work well together, Jennifer, Jason, and.all the rest of evening crew are so efficient.
