The final price of my bimonthly grocery bill is always lower at Smart & Final than it is at Vons. Very nice people here too.

Place was busy, but I donated 5 dollars to a local charity and was rewarded with 5 dollars off my next visit. The checked who explained to me was extremely helpful and I will be going back to shop. Thanks

Usually long queues these COVID-19 but lots of cashiers to take care of checkouts. Great deals and selections.

I had the greatest experience today! I stopped in on my break today to get some groceries for later and was greeted by the nicest cashier. It's cool when the Employees go above and beyond there normal tasks to make us all feel comfortable and important. I will always pick Julia's line just to say hi, the rest of the staff are nice too. See ya next time

How is it possible for a store of this size to run out of hot dogs? Really?
But aside from that I dig this place. We have weekend BBQ's at the place I work and I had to get the wieners from somewhere else. I will continue to go here. The prices are great, the place is clean and everyone seems eager
to help. When Costco can be a zoo try Smart and Final.

Definitely coming back they have really good deals. Visit around 9-11am and you'll be surprised not many people are there shopping.

Went in to the store and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me she had such a bad attitude didn’t smile she looked like she wanted to be doing something else other then her job. Her name is Isabel and i honestly don’t see how someone with such a bad attitude could be working there. Usually come to this location since it’s close to my house and I’ve always liked the service but I think I’ll start going to other ones.

Lots of things you'd need for a Church kitchen, small restaurant eatery type places and for massive home entertainers. And the Extra is a fairly good produce and family food shopping as well

Tonight I was absolutely HORRIFIED by the “acting” Manager Alicia (I believe, Smart & Final feel free to check your cameras! 4/24/19 @ 6: 10pm ish Oxnard location on Oxnard blvd. & citrus grove). Who was verbally Bothering a man & his dog, in line in front of me & my husband. The extremely well behaved dog, stood next to his owner properly! I leaned in and talked to & petted the dog, (as I always do being a dog owner myself) as the line progressed, I noticed he had 2.00 in his hand a single can of dog food, i was SO MOVED BY HIM SPENDING HIS LAST DOLLARS SO HIS DOG COULD EAT, I reached in my purse as we waited and all I had was a 1.00 so I handed it to him after petting his fog, & said let me help. As it became his turn his dog very quickly sniffed the checker with her back to us and move on. That’s when the VERBAL exchange took place. Completely unprofessional unnecessary and I’m just mortified by the actions of these people! And I shop there anywhere from 4 to 10 times a week so I see a lot, never complain and never interfere with the employees jobs. But I FEEL THE NEED TO SHARE THIS.oh yeah and there was a lady with another dog in the store that nobody said a word to, just because your HOMELESS or down on your luck no one or animal should be belittled in such a manner!

Accuse someone that they took something and they didn't that is a knot a nice store it's the lady that puts the flowers and the products they should stop them if they really know that they took something
