Very bad service they treat you as if you were asking for free items, not even a beggar would take care of it so badly.

Everytime I go there, the staff are so helpful and courteous. It's so easy to find what I'm looking for and they have a pretty decent selection of goods

The prices here are fair. Their brand, First Street is pretty good and is on par with the national brands but at a fraction of the price while maintaining quality. Their rotisserie chicken is very tasty and inexpensive. You can get a chicken meal here for under 11 bucks.

This is a really good little store. This store has all the essentials you need. It is centrally located between the college and residential areas of Anaheim and Fullerton. I definitely recommend the store if your looking to shop at a local Smart and Final or buying in bulk. I would advise going early in the morning or later in the day as the carts they have are limited.

Having been to many S&F's I found this one nice. It has a little different layout but the same items. Fewer isle's but longer isle's. Lots of parking and a helpful staff.

The store itself is well cleaned, organized and stocked (not a few weeks ago though) all the time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about all the staff here. All the cashiers except 2 of them have been unfriendly or very dry. I've been buying here for the past 5 years since I moved to the area, this is the store I go to for my grocery needs, but when I get these 2 cashiers I feel unwelcomed and in a way discriminated. This doesn't happened with the other cashiers, they are friendly and kind. Wish my experience was the best every time I come here.

This review is for Anthony. He went above and beyond to help my friends and I with firewood. There were only 4 bundles out on the floor and he took a cart, went to the back, and got out 10 more bundles. He even offered to help us load it into the car. Great customer service!

Smart and Final is great. It has all the items you need for an office or corporate environment. The store made an error whrn I made a purchase and the store manager Ron quickly corrected it. I'll keep visiting here for supplies needed for our work.

I went to buy frozen food and their ad Say if you buy frozen food for $40 they will give you ten dollars off from next purchase.
I did, but they don't want to give me the discount so I return some of my grocery.and I will never trust this store with any coupon.

Pretty big store. Produce was better than expected. Prices are ok. Beer deal required additional $25 purchase, not counting the beer or other alcohol. Not THAT good of a deal. Zero staff anywhere but registers. There are better grocery stores and there are better club stores. Probably won't be back.

Slowest cashiers on the planet. Produce selection leaves much to be desired and prices at stator bros are much cheaper. Store layout is a bit difficult to navigate and couple that with the slow checkout process you end up spending 30 minutes in the store to pickup a few items.

Kyle the store manager is the best he helped me out today even being very busy, I like this store and will be coming here for my needs, Mariana the cashier was fast, attentive and courteous. Looks like the store does have a good Team work going on.

Poor customer service I asked the meat guy a question and he didn't want to check the stock of chicken and said there was no more come to find out there was more he was just lazy to check, then you ask if the manager can honor on the same thing just a different name and straight said no. I'm sick and trying to avoid driving around to different stores I asked if he can call the next store he said no

Has a good, affordable selection of food. Very close to CSUF for walking distance, about 10 mintues.

The checkout lines are usually long, produce quality is okay, but overall the market isn't bad.

1st and last time buying from this store. Customer Service was like walking into a Walmart! Gunna continue shopping at Costco. Our cashier named Yessenia, must have been having a bad day. Strongly advise she take a customer service class.

Always end up waiting in line 15+ minutes to buy anything. Backup cashiers pull from the back of the line rather than the person next in line, or ignore calls for back up entirely.

This store is close to my house, but I hate to buy too much here. There is always a line because there aren't enough check stands open, and because there are rarely any baggers I end up having to bag my own groceries.
