Close by, great prices, and a welcome option without paying Costco membership and waiting in their huge lines. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I love shopping at Smart & Final. Great selection of items.friendly staff. I purchase an item that showed that it was on sale, however, when I went to check-out the price showed the original amount. Shane, store personnel was quick to remedy the situation.he apologized for the error.not only did he refund me for the original cost of the item that I paid for.he gave me the item for free saying that it was an error on the store's part. Kudos to Shane and the staff at Smart & Final.

I come here probably 4 times a week to buy our grocery's
The people who work there are so friendly, I don't know them Al by name but Kelly and Domenique are always so nice! And everyone is always ready to help if I can not find a product.
The products are good, there is a lots of choice and they often have great discounts!
Also a big parking lot, which is very easy.

They have an app for coupons it wasn't working properly showed the cashier proof of coupons saved on app and she said well it's not working? After a few minutes trying to explain to her I did as a customer should she said O Ok I will just do it manually. Really how hard was that pushing the buttons?

Thank you ANGIE! ANGIE went above and beyond today! I couldn't find my debit card she offered to look up and down the isles to see if she could find it. She took my number in case she found it. She found it as I was leaving the store! THANKS AGAIN ANGIE!

All the Ladies here are so helpful. I left my wallet purse in the bag and one of the ladies found it in the basket in the parking lot and brought it in. Now that's honesty for ya! Whenever I've went there, they are always so helpful when I cant find something

Strange lady works as a checker, she sits outside by the door on the sidewalk smoking, looks sketchy to me, we no longer shop there.

Good arrangement and selection, some organic and bio food. Nobody (except cashiers) wear masks anymore.

This store is the best Smart and Final I have ever seen across the US but last two weeks I see a lot of additional items in my family receipts that we have never bought. I now have to keep an eye on each purchase

I cut down my shopping from costco and started shopping at SMart and Final, I saved $500 per month. They sell in bulk same as costco and so much more. The cashiers are great, they are so nice and friendly. I have been shopping here for 1 year, I have never been disappointed. BTW, so many fake reviews.

This store is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The produce is fresh and well stocked. Meat, Fish and Poultry are fresh. The customer service is excellent and the cashiers are always friendly! My only complaint is they freeze certain buns (ie cibata buns) and rolls from time to time. When I arrive early in the AM the rolls are often still slightly frozen and cool to the touch. When I get them home after they've fully defrosted, the bread product is often mealy and unappetizing! That's not cool! Bread should be fresh or tossed, not frozen over and over again! Other than that this place is great!

I would suggest to go to Albertson across the street instead of Smart and Final in Laguna Niguel on Crown Valley!
In my experience - twice in a past month I got some milk there and it was sour. It doesn't worth my time to go back and return it, I will just avoid this store.

Super convenient supermarket across the street from where I currently work. Produce is always fresh and there is always a sale on sparkling water. I was happy to see the velvet rope for Covid taken down and simple little arrows and space divider stickers for the checkout lanes. It has a comfortable feeling and it has been my lunchtime spot for two years now. It will soon be time to move on to my next thing, but I will remember the life lessons from this neighborhood spot for life.

Dont waste your time with this place. Never coupon shop and made a special trip. They did not honor their advertising.

Plus it smells bad in here.

Today 5-17-20 went to store they had 1 door open. I walked to the other door and they have a sign to wear mask. I couldn't shop today! Last month didn't have to wear mask, A little backwards.
Please have a sign at each door, indicating mask.
