Good selection of produce, clean aisles and shelves. Decent prices and variety of name brand products as well as their own label products. Good selection of meats and poultry, not as much in seafood.
Check out Lines aren't too bad, 10 items or less line moves pretty well. The check out Lines do tend to block the adjoining aisles during the peak times.

Excellent customer service every time and I've been there looking all kinds of ways, but decent! I'm sure they have excellent security in place, but no ones ever following you all around the store. The clerks and such are so very welcoming, polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Good bargains on everything they have in stock.

There was an older woman checking out in front of me who was being extremely rude and difficult yesterday, the clerk Cynthia handled her with such grace kindness and respect no matter how many verbal jabs the lady took. If you guys do “employee of the month” it should definitely be Cynthia. Wonderful personality and kept a smile on her face.

This Smart & Final is in a good location less than a mile from the freeway fresh produce good deals great for lightweight bulk shopping opposed to heavy bulk shopping with Costco store was clean handicap accessible

It's This Worker In There Who Has Attitude All The Time It's Not Brandy It's Another Chick With Extension Braids Light To Brown Skinned, She Rushes And Completes The Amount Without Scanning Everything, I Got 2 Cases Of 35 Pack Water For Free Because Of Her, I Mentioned Them Before Her Ringing Them Up And She Said With Attitude Push The Basket Around But Didn't Scan Them. She Smiles In Mans Face Not Knowing Who Man It Is, That Just Causes Drama At The Store. Let Her Know Something Before Y'all Lose A Faithful Customer And I Cuss Her Out Ready To Fight.

Why open up at 7 am if you gonna be stocking products up and ignoring the customers. I went for a box of cereal and the only cash register open was blocked by employees on a cart counting products. The cashier also as soon as she saw me went to another cash register to do only God knows what. The employees blocking the cash register entrance ignored me for like 5 minutes and didn't dare to move out of my way so I could do my purchase instead told me to go around, then they called the cashier over and the cashier with an angry attitude ring me up she was mad because she stops what she was doing to was helping a customer instead. If you gonna ignore customers to stock up and get mad for helping them then don't open up early and provide better customer service

Athina was constantly distracted, only talked about her nails. She told two people in front of me to social distance yet she had her mask down as she checked them out. What kind of hypocritical employees are these.

It's alright. I like the lottery machine in the front, but there really are no deals here. It's easier to go to Winco down the street for better savings.

Good supermarket you will find fresh products and meats good prices;the only thing is they need to hire more cashiers, that's the reason for 4 stars.

I like shopping there.they have great prices on the things i need. Other stores has double the price on the things i need so i get a price at smart. Final a good deal

Good food choices prices are ok employees are friendly some items sale out rather quickly but all in all no bad shopping experiences enjoy

Went for one thing that they were out of and only had one check stand open when there was a line that wrapped around the store. They need help.
