Positive update, had a bit of an issue,
Got contacted by mgmt (awesome accountability), super apologetic, as am I for misunderstanding an unintentional mistake, and I will continue to drive over 30 miles to this location even moreso now after the pleasant correspondence. Great customer relations and awesome.

Everytime I go there is not that busy and I'm in and out of there pretty quick. I really recommend this place.
