Smart Parke - Dog Boarding Orange County, Laguna Woods CA

Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Smart Parke is extremely clean and well cared for. The staff showed their care for Remy and ensured that he was comfortable with his meet and greet. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a new day care for Remy that lived up to my last place, Village Pup in La Quinta however I feel assured that Smart Parke will be like our family here in OC.

No other place I would leave Coco, the staff treats her like she is their own. She loves going and i have zero guilt leaving her behind. I love being able to watch her while i am gone on the live feeds and picking her up she is tuckered out and smells so good, the free bath with boarding is brilliant.

My labradoodle has been going to Smart Parke since he was 5 or 6 months old (he is 2 years old now). He always gets so excited when I pull into the parking lot. All the employees are great and show him so much love. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

I was very apprehensive about leaving my Goldendoodle puppy for a full week anywhere. I live 40 min away but Smart Parke appeared to be the only acceptable care provider. It was worth the drive. Being able to see my baby on the web cam at any time was comforting and the customer service is outstanding. You may be placed on hold when you first call, but once they get to you, you know they are focused on addressing your questions. My only feedback to the business would be that the "cuddle time" is really not worth it. 10 min for $20 does not have a good value/cost ratio. But I now know for future visits to ask for the full-day upgrade rather than the alternating package. Thank you Smart Parke, we will be back!

I have used Smart Parke many times for my little guy while I travel. I can be a bit particular, so I tested out several daycares in OC. Smart Parke won due to cleanliness, indoor/outdoor setup, and the webcams.

He runs in excitedly every time I drop him off and comes home safe and sound.

Only thing I could ask more for would be a better camera view of the individual boarding suite at night- but the issue is mainly that my pup always chooses the corner that is not insight:)

Bear is new to Smart Parke and is still very shy but is getting better each time we bring him, he has been handled very well by all the staff. The facility is very clean and all the dogs seem very happy!

This place is great! The staff is super nice and I love that I can see my baby on video. I would love if the staff could pet my dog more. He loves the attention! Thanks

My little dog has separation anxiety so we wanted to find a way to have some freedom to go out without a puppy sitter. Unfortunately Smart Parke was not for her. We watched on the webcam as she semi walked around aimlessly for two hours, not really interacting with the other dogs and looking very sad. Unfortunately no human noticed this and-even knowing it was her first time-never interacted with her. My husband and I cut our time out short because we felt so sorry for her.

Every Team member was gracious, caring and responsive to our precious fur baby and our special requests. Very clean and loving environment…grateful for the webcam!

Smart Parke is the best! We know our Lucy will be well cared for whenever we go out of town. Everyone is very caring and they treat our dog like their own. I have realized that I watch her on camera less often with each visit because I know she's in great hands. I still check in and this time I saw Lucy sleeping on her bed-every visit in the past she slept on the floor. She is becoming more comfortable each time she stays and that makes me feel good. Keep up the great work.

Smart Parke was awesome! I will definitely use them again for boarding and daycare. I needed to get my dog boarded for 6 nights, just 24 hours before I was flying out of town. Every staff person I spoke with, on the phone and in person, was very kind and helpful. I loved getting the daily report texted to me with a video clip of my dog. I also appreciated how easy it was to utilize the webcams and see her in the play area and in her room. My dog seemed to really enjoy the water feature in the outdoor area. Thank you Smart Parke for taking such great care of Pippi!

Absolutely loved the experience for Cyclone here! She is tired out from all the play time which we could watch from the webcams! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our questions. We are looking forward to boarding Cyclone here in the future!

My dog loves going here. She has been going for over a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that they bathe your dog if they spend the night and that you can watch your dog on the cameras.

The facility is very nice and the staff are attentive and friendly. Lots of cameras and add on services for a cost to make sure you feel your pet is getting the best care while there. I'm giving 4 vs 5 because they are a little pricey especially if you have more than one pet. There is no discount for the second pet even if they share a room.

Our JoJo stayed at Smart Parke for 3 nights and 3 days. She has the best time ever. It was easy to submit a reservation. They took everything into consideration and also allowed for a few extra treats such as cuddle time and kong treats which she already gets at home.

We love using Smart Parke for boarding our dog! We feel confident that he is safe and always has a great time playing with his friends. Even though we now live 30 minutes away we still keep bringing him back here. I love that they have both indoor and outdoor play areas and I can check on him any time I want, even when he's in his room for the night!

Great for doggie daycare and boarding. They have really flexible hours and everyone is super nice.
