Really sweet dentist! I went in there with a huge anxiety of Dentists and she really help alleviate that fear!

Outstanding customer service and workmanship. I had a cavity that required a shot and it didn't hurt at all. It was the easiest shot I have ever received. Plus, had my teeth cleaned perfectly. I am very pleased with their performance and the staff.

I recommend Dr. Bagai for any dental needs. As soon as I walked in the door, i was greeted by the friendly staff. I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Bagai and her staff are amazing at what they do and everyone is very friendly and professional. I'm glad I chose Dr. Bagai for my dental needs.

I hadn't been to a dentist in over seven years due to anxiety, and my teeth/ gum health reflected that. It was obvious that I needed major dental and gum work done, especially since my bottom two teeth started coming slightly loose. I was very apprehensive to have any dental work done but I decided to try Smart Smile. The staff goes above and beyond to help manage my anxieties and never rushes me when I'd need time to calm down during dental procedures. The periodontist was also amazing and seems to really care about his patients, he gives a # you can directly contact him on if needed and has a very calm demeanor. During my pinhole surgery I did, however, take prescription anxiety medication which allowed me to have the surgery on my entire mouth done in one sitting. Although the first couple of days following the surgery was uncomfortable and you have to take special precautions for the next 3 months thereafter, it was 100% worth it. Better than loosing my teeth, right?

From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the front staff I knew I was in the right dental office for me. Rene the office manager was amazing in coordinating my treatment and making sure my work was done in a timely manner! Freddy the assistant was absolutely amazing. The entire experience from start to finish was spot on. And I've worked for enough dental offices to know. This place is THE BEST!

Love this facility, especially for their staff. They always make my family and I feel welcomed. They are also very patient with my 2 small ones and they really take care of us. I have been with them for 3 years now, and even though I moved to Menifee I still make the time to come here, so worth it. I definitely recommend!

What a great way to restart and kickstart my dental care. Smart smile provided the latest periodontal cleaning strategy and helped me secure Invisalign and took out all 4 wisdom teeth. Their sense of care and efficiency helped change the health of my mouth instantly and for the next decade to come, I look forward to being their patient and staying on top of my oral health!

Well today was my final appointment and I waited to post something until the last day. I originally came here cause I had an emergency on a tooth that was hurting me real bad to the point that it had me in tears. I'm so happy that I came here the staff was so nice, caring and did everything that they could to make the pain go away or at least subside tremendously until I could go back the next day. They treated me very well and like a family member they cared for, I drove 30-45 minutes just to see them and well now I'm sad cause we are done with that tooth. I do know this much when I need more work done I will go back to see them again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members and can't wait to see you again one day in the future.

My teeth cleaning appt today … technician and dentist was gentle, speedy, efficient. They cared about me. Would highly recommend this office to everyone.

Great experience coming in here and getting my retainer. I broke my previous retainer but this place was able to do a 3D scan of my teeth and get me an Invisalign retainer. This place gave me 4 retainers for 2 years for the same price every other place wanted to charge me for just one retainer. Definitely recommend.
