When I bought the system I was sold on it being able to be controlled from my phone and the home thermostat. Unfortunately I got just the home thermostat working and no contril of the main room heater from my phone due to some incompatible equipment that was sold to me as being compatible. The technician was helpful but couldn't make it work both ways. Looks like the heater I just bought already needs to be scrapped for one that will work both ways. They never fixed anything. They made me pay for the wireless type then sold me a unit that does not have that capability, theres water dripping from the celing unit. The heat tubes smll like mold. They have this thing with a super wet condenser pouring water under my house. They never installed the drip pan that I clearly said I don't want this job done without. They have not made any fixes on those things.

The Smart 72 crew was professional, informative, and very helpful. They were recommended through Home Depot and did a great job with a difficult installation of my new hot water heater. I received courteous service from everyone - including the person who wrote the quote, the people at the scheduling and billing departments, and of course, the installers.

Still waiting for the job to be completed. Not good communication at all. The first time they came they were dispatched late and were not able to complete the job. I called 7 times to figure out when they were gonna come finish, Which means no Heat and AC. 3 weeks later they came back and finished the install of the New heating and AC units but, now we're not able to clean the air ducts Due to waiting for a part. Here we go again, No one has called to reschedule. It's really sad and frustrating.

We’ve had Smart72 servicing our air/heating for several years. They have always been very professional and efficient. This year, we knew we needed a new system, so we asked for a quote. Again, they were reasonable efficient and very professional. The entire crew is outstanding. Our new system was installed and operational in one (1) day! Love these folks.

Steve and the folks at smart72 did an amazing job on our HVAC installation! It was NOT an easy job and involved 2 separate system installs, but they got it done. Very professional, friendly, efficient, and courteous workers who know their stuff. Would definitely recommend!

This was a routine inspection and service that also identified a problem that needs to be resolved. Smart72 will be returning in a couple of weeks to resolve that problem. I’ve been a Smart72 customer for the past 6 years and have always been pleased with their work.

The service rep came withing the time allotted, 12-3pm.
He checked the heater system on our brand new HVAC install we got in 2022. It was $49 for the service. The dispatcher said they have specials on this service during the year. She mentioned it wasn't hot enough to check the AC? So I would have to call back to have it checked when it got hot? That was the one thing I wasn't too pleased about.

The technician who came out was polite and knowledgeable. He checked the system over to make sure everything was working good. I was disappointed that he would not be able to change the filter, as that as a main thing I needed to have done. I didn’t realize they didn’t bring filters and that I have to buy it beforehand, but I’ll know that for next year. Thank you.

Excellent service. Home Depot referred us to smart72 when we needed a new water heater and they’re amazing. Steve and his partner work perfectly together and were open to answering any questions we had. The finished product looks great and was back in order within a couple of hours. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We’ve used this service since 2015. Three years ago one of their servicemen tried to talk us into well over $1000 worth of unnecessary repairs. We didn’t hear back from them until a couple days ago. At first I balked, but took advantage of a tuneup special. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician who showed up was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and explained things about the system in the best way possible. As long as I can count on this exceptional service they have an exclusive on my service an maintenance needs.
