Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience!
This place has definitely gone DOWN hill from when I started coming here back in 2018. First of all they do NOT go on a First come First Serve Basis. They are very unethical & unprofessional, most of them do not even know what they are doing. You could hear them all gossiping about their weekend plans. If you are looking for a Fast Place/Good Customer Service Please Look Elsewhere. I might as well should’ve gone to the ER Would have been faster. Spent 4+ hours there, people that came in after me were all getting seen. Was there 12/5/22 evening till past closing time.

I was wait for like 5 hours to see a doctor, my kids also can not wait for that long time. Since 9: 30am to 14: 30 pm that I have been wait for doctor. I will never ever been here again.

I was seen dec 21st, They lost both my flu and strep results, I got swabbed at their clinic. I called since they never gave me the results and they said they have no order or record of it ever being done and there is nothing they can do. I would have to pay another full copay to get seen again and tested. The receptionist I was talking to on the phone hung up on me and wouldn't waive the fee since this was their fault.

I was there since 11: 40 am sick, I was finally put in a room around 3 I didnt get seen till after 4: 30. By then I was worse and thought I might pass out. I will not be coming back how can you in good conscience make severely sick people wait over 5 hours to be taken care of. I was recently in the er for something unrelated and didn't have to wait this long. Take my advice just go to the er. Next time I will just stay home at least I can be miserable in my own bed.

Spent 2 1/2 hours here waiting for care. It was not after that time that they told me they didn’t have the doctors to treat me. Why not let me know sooner, instead of wasting our time and money?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First they called us after two hours just to take my kids vitals then made us wait another 45 minutes in the waiting room. Then they put us a room with no tv and move use to a room with a tv and leave us there for an hour and a half. DURING A WHOLE MOVIE. I have 2 year old twins how do they expect us to wait that long? My children were never seen I left and as I walked out the doctor said he was going to see us in the rudest way. He was just standing outside the room. Everyone was so disrespectful and rude. They didn’t care that I had sick children crying in the room.

Everyone as well as the Physicians were kind professional and treated me wel. Is very l clean and they took time to fnd and treat my illness. Would recommend to family and friends.

Highly do not recommend go somewhere else. Worst front service. The doctor doesn’t even get to see you it’s somebody that helps him out. On top of that they put people before you when they arrive after so you’re waiting for over three hours and then they have you on the patient’s room waiting for another two hours. I did a total of five hours and 30 minutes just to be seen might as well go to the emergency room. It might be faster and you might have better results. Let’s just mentioned that these were from my both toddlers who had a fever of 103.7 fever,

My mom took my son to the clinic because I was at work. They told her they needed an authorization letter from me that says it was ok for her to take him. Mom called me I did the letter at work and send it via fax. The fax was busy all the time and returned to me twice. My mom kept asking the girls at the front if they had already received the letter And They would ignore her or just tell her I don’t know, I don’t know I have to check. But nobody would talk to my mom. Then mom asked one girl if there was another way for me to send the letter so they could see my son, she asked for an email and the girl ignored my mom. I don’t know the names but they should have a better understanding of why they are there, why they work there. If they don’t like patients to ask questions or they just don’t like to help patients then they are in the wrong career. And shouldn’t be working there.

Honestly the front desk is a little rude and they're a bit racist in my opinion. TV is loud so if you have sensitive ears be careful!

Very unorganized

They don’t really run any tests here. They just rush you to tell you your symptoms and are quick to just prescribe you medication without confirming. I would advise going elsewhere if you care about your long term health.

The whole process was very quick and smooth. I came in with a problem and they addressed it immediately. The facility has easy parking and clean. It was my first time going to an urgent care and overall a good experience. I recommend this.

The staff is so mean and racist. She made us very uncomfortable, she told us to get outside and wait but there is other ppl in the waiting room. I asked her if it was the new policy and she said “yes, since Covid. ” But last time when I was here, they never told me they had such rule. Worst experience ever!

I always come here when I am not feeling well and the nurses and doctors are always so nice and empathetic. I'm usually in and out in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this clinic if you're not feeling great!

The staff was super helpful and quick when I really needed help breathing! Prescribed me what I needed and answered all my questions politely. I have been wanting to come back to thank them personally but I guess this is the best way to do it! Thank you guys for all your help and I hope you all stay safe!

Worst experience. The waiting time is longer than 30 minutes after being placed in the exam room, don’t see how it is an “urgent” care

3 hours of waiting, moved to a room, then another room, without any doctors. I see everyone in scrubs but they're all just doing paper work the entire time. Not sure if they have any Doctors, Nurses or techs.seems more like an Administrative office.will not be returning

Friendly staffs. Less wait time. Even though I didn’t get to see a doctor, the staffs took care of my pain immediately so I could get back to normal activities and follow up with my family doctor in the future. That’s what urgent care for.

I've been here a handful of times and they always seem to amaze me with such great service. The receptionist are very nice and have great attitudes. Definitely my go to for urgent care for my kids. Keep up the great work!

Walked in to see a NP to check my underlying conditions. Suggested a PCR test. This was done on a Sunday and 12 days later I still don't have the results. Very unorganized urgent care center.
