I came here for an ear cleaning and my nurse Daisy was amazing! She was very friendly and made my experience super easy and fun. I hope to see her again whenever I come back in again

Great place, good quality care. They do their best for the amount of patients they have compared to staff. Excellent knowledgeable Drs and nurses.

Kind, curteous, efficient, was about 13 minutes from walking in to talking with NP spent about 25 minutes in here total and only because i needed to use restroom after. Fastest compassionate care ive ever gotten at a clinic. If it makes any difference, i went in around 11

I had a very pleasant experience when going here. Front desk and staff very kind and face mask are not just given to people coughing, it is a requirement to where them. There is a sign posted, but if a patient does not have one, they will ask you if you have one to put it on or if you conveniently forget, then they will give you one. Either way, it was nice the doctor took his time and nurses included. There's a lot of care at this urgent facility.

The staff I first met at the first time I came here they were very nice. But the woman I called today she hung up on me while I was talking to her. So some of their staff are very rude. I will not tolerate this behavior of any rudeness especially since I have an invisible disability.

Came in as a walk-in. The staff and doctor are a great team. Dr. Fernandez took his time and explained exactly what my issue was. Prescribed my medicine near my home. Would recommend this urgent care to my family if needed.

They always take care of me here, every single concern that I have with empathy and compassion. Thank you to everyone at this urgent clinic Dr. Rico really truly cares about his patients and is just the best. (:

The longest wait time for physical Ever!

Took my son for a walk in sports physical for track and waited over 2hrs!

Nobody was in the lobby but us-
We waited an hour in the lobby then waited an hour in the back smh.
I was so annoyed!

However the representatives were nice
Wait time was too long!

Waited 3 hours in one room because there was only one doctor why they even booked appointments if there's only one doctor

The Canyon Country Smart Clinic has the best doctor. Doctor Fernandez treated my 16 month old daughter twice in recent months. His communication is amazing. He explains what he’s going to do and why and always performs a thorough exam. Then he explains exactly what medications he wants to prescribe, why and how each one will help. Dr. Fernandez is respectful, kind and gentle. I trust his opinion every time and I am so glad he’s here in my neighborhood!

So I went here a few weeks ago for an effected toe nail I didn't wanted to come because I am afraid of getting my to nail cut when I got there we waited for 3 hours till the doctor was ready they did it so fast it took them like 20 min to complete my toenail was hurting a lot when I got out but it's starting to heal My toenail looks normal tysm

If I could give 0 stars I would! We had an appt at 2 pm. Checked in at 1: 51 pm. We waited an hour before they called us in and put us in a room. It’s now 4: 30pm and we are still waiting for a Dr. 2.5 hours waiting for nothing. When they called us in after an hour, they said we were next so I’m here thinking just a a minimal wait. Nope! I just asked for an update and they said there are 2 people ahead! How can that be if the only reason why we are waiting in a room is because we were next? Please please please do not give them your business! No courtesy for their patients and they only have 1 physician on staff? ! How can you only have 1 physician to care for a whole days worth of sick patients? Profits or quality of care. This is our first and last time here. Be warned!

I am very saddened to place a 1 star review. I will never come here again. Lucky for me the urgent care near by accepts my insurance. I loved coming here when ever I needed it. I rushed my child here. Picking her up from school practice she needed an X-ray for possible broken finger. They close at 7pm, I got off the passenger’s side as quickly as I could only to find the doors locked. I called and the front desk answered I said they close at 7pm it wasn’t 7pm I called I checked my phone when I was on call with them not only that but you would think that if it was 7pm or past 7pm they would not answered their incoming calls, right? ! The front office said, “whenever we are slow with patients we lock the doors before 7pm. ” I said. “Ok but my daughter needs to see a doctor and it’s not 7pm yet and you close at 7 that’s what the hours say. ” she asked if we have been there before and she will ask if we can come in. I got transferred to Jennifer. She said, “ I am sorry but we are closed it’s past 7. ” I said, “now it is but it wasn’t when I got here and I tried to open the front door. ” So she put me on hold to see what she can do. When she came back on the line I was told, the doctor said he is not taking any more patients I reminded her I got there before 7. It didn’t matter the doctor said it’s past 7pm. Telling me I can try the nearest urgent care or the ER. I asked who was the Dr that said it was to late because I was going to make sure I reported this. She said Rico. I was shook. I was saddened to hear PA Rico. He is the reason I loved coming to this ER. I even told Jennifer this. So to know it was Rico makes the whole situation worse. I really believed he loved his patients. For him to have ordered to close the doors before closing time is very upsetting. Unless it was the office up in the front that ordered to close the doors. Either way know that your chances of being seen before 7 is a nono. Why have closing time at 7 pm when that is false business hours. Let the public know you lie about your hours so It avoids people rushing to try to make it to Smart Clinic urgent care before 7pm. Today is Thursday. Go down the street to the nearest urgent care faster service and closing way later. Glad that Jennifer directed me to the urgent care down the street. At least I got something good out of this. Thanks Jennifer. I do need to let public know about though earlier than expected closing business hours. Whatever time they feel the need to close they will close the doors before business hours. My review is long but I hope It will help someone else looking to come here before 7 pm avoid a rush drive and stress to find the doors locked.

Tatiana (the manager), was extremely rude and confrontational. The rest of the team was good.

Horrible service, take forever to do anything. Make sure you got your whole day clear cuz you’ll be waiting all day

Always a positive experience here. Staff is very friendly and professional. When no other place could give me proper treatment for my ailments, smart clinic had always came through! It's the first place I go to if I want to feel better.
