I’ve been to a lot of storage Facilities this one is probably The friendliest they actually let you use the restroom if needed and it’s actually clean the place is pretty clean no bad element I give it thumbs up keep up the good work guys

Had a unit here for a little over a year and couldn’t complain! Clean facility and friendly staff with a great price! There were no lights in the units but wasn’t really a problem since I’d come during the day. Would definitely recommend and would get another unit there if ever needed in the future.

After experiencing an ant infestation in my previous storage location I was happy to see the condition and cleanliness of this facility. Chris took the time to answer all my concerns and never rushed me. I feel confident that my items are in safe hands!

New to the facility moved to the area and wanted a storage place closer. Met Chris who made the move in so easy and smooth. Held the unit so I could go home and measure. He could not of been more patient and kind. I originally sign across the street but want direct access no bother with carts, keys for the restroom, elevators and ramps. I was so impressed on how clean and maintained everything is including like brand new units. My experience today couldn’t of been any easier! You have the ideal employee in Chris, he couldn’t of been nicer!

During a last minute decision to do some remodeling work in my garage I started off by googling “self storage near me” SmartStop Self Storage came up at the top of the list. I called to check availability and get a quote. A nice woman named Erica answered all of my questions and referred me to the manager at the location near my home. From there I received a call from Chris the manager, he welcomed me to stop by and take a tour and highlighted some of the facilities features. After I informed him of what I was looking for, he provided some suggestions as well as the current promotion. Because both phone conversations were so positive I decided to go meet with Chris and checkout the facility. I’m happy to report that my experience was a good one! There were no hidden costs or pushy salesman. Chris was helpful, informative, professional and a pleasure to do business with. The facility is clean and the prices are fair. Keep up the good work!

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Chris helped me a couple of weeks ago when I was first looking but wasn’t sure of my date needed. He gave a tour of the facility and the unit I was looking at. He also gave me a run down of the rules and requirements (insurance/lock). Here I am a couple weeks later, ready to sign. I forgot my tape measure to make sure my refrigerator will fit the storage unit opening, but he had one on hand and measured it out for me to confirm there would not be a problem. Getting signed up and ready to move in. What is usually a pain in the butt (moving), so far has been a breeze. Thank you, Chris!

Chris was really helpful with helping me downsize to a smaller unit. Put himself out there and went above and beyond for a stranger. I appreciated that immensely.

When I first started here all was fine but it seems to raise the price a lot I have had it raised twice in just a few months not by a small amount either. Will be leaving. Storage in the same area for the same size $40 bucks cheaper.
