SmartStop Self Storage, Sacramento CA

This location is convenient for my needs and offers the best unit pricing for the area. I frequently access the storage unit and am always greeted with a warm smile by Darlene. She is wonderful at customer service and a very knowledgeable employee who takes pride in the way she manages the facility.

DARLINE is great with customers.professional and excellent. Goes above and beyond to help at the facility at all times. I'd give her 10stars if there was a provision.

Do not rent a space here. Homeless lives in the gated lot and management allows it. People roam the locked gated lot all hours of the night with inadequate cameras. Safety is not a concern for smart stop!

Have gone too many times during business hours and staff hasn't opened or facility is closed for lunch. Homeless population along the street is out of control and facility walkway often has trash.

Always a good place to store your items, the staff is accommodating and the area is easy to get around in. Very secure facility

The absolute worst storage. Location is bad and the customer service is terrible! The way they operate all together is so inconvenient. Ac doesn’t work and it’s not gated.

Great service! SmartStop is the way to go with storage needs for sure. Can’t beat pricing anywhere in town. Tim at the front desk helped me from day one months ago and still till checkout date has been super helpful. I recommend the place it’s close to freeways too so that helps as well.

PLEASE DO NOT STORE HERE. IT IS A SCAM. I moved out of my unit back in April and the office staff told me I was fully moved out and assured me I would not be billed again, but I was billed for 2 months before I noticed. They have said a few times that they will refund me and cancel my account, but they have not yet, and I'll have to work to dispute the charges with my bank. PLEASE DO NOT STORE HERE. IT IS A SCAM

Doug was really swamped, but worked diligently and attentively. The whole process was super smooth and he did an incredible job. Definitely made me feel as though I made the right choice renting a unit here

The young man at the front desk, Tyler, was very helpful and informative. I will definitely be taking my business to this sight, because of him. The office was very neat and clean.

Came in today looking for storage space got some help with Tyler super fast and efficient and got what I needed had his paper work ready to go signed me up in less than 5 min love this place

This guy knows his work and always has a pleasant demeanor. Very professional and safe atmosphere to do business in!
