SmartStyle Hair Salon, Temecula CA

I went here Monday and the person who usually cuts my hair was off. Being as this is not close to my home I let this other person butcher my hair. Said she had been cutting hair for 8 years (more like 8 minutes). I wanted it short in the back and longer on the sides. What I got was worse than the Willy Wonka style. First, never had anyone use clippers or razor for the full cut. Ask for a little shorter in back but then she would go shorter on the sides which defeated the purpose. The way it cut you can not style it. It is the worst hair cut of my life. I think I deserve at least a full refund for the embarrassment I must be seen in public
with hair that is this horrible. The questionable stylist kept saying on it is so cute. She needs glasses. I did not have mine on at the time. Then she did not know how to get the hair off of me and was trying to use a towel. My son came over picked up the hair dryer and to her surprise it worked. Again, I would like a refund for this disaster.

Got a call from the stylist who told me she thought it was cute. Explain my granddaughter laughed, my son was shocked and my friends did not know what to say. She asked if I wanted her to fix the issue. As I told her there was not enough hair left to repair the issue. Then she asked if I wanted a refund and I said that would be great. At that time I said I would be in Wednesday because that is when I would be in the area. She said that would be fine. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when she was a no show and the lovely lady working was unable to refund my money. At least the stylist was able to cut the uneven long pieces of hair that were left in between the extra short one.

I had a wonderful experience with Victoria. She color is my hair cuts. My hair blows out my hair and it’s a wonderful experience. She’s very professional and she does a phenomenal job the best I’ve had in the inland empire.

I hadn’t styled my hair in ages. I was hesitant to go to any salon, especially at my age it’s intimidating. But as I was walking out of Walmart, I saw the salon two ladies in there, took my chances and asked if she would take a walk on, she told me to have a seat & she had one client ahead but wouldn’t be long. I’m glad I did, she was kind & professional and made this old woman feel confident again. Monika knows her stuff & i will go to her from now on. There was one other stylist who was nice too.

I tried to look up but can’t find any contact email to a manager or whoever could help me. I need a refund for my hair cut yesterday I’m horrified! That’s the least you can do after yesterday. You do not want me to add pictures coz your store wouldn’t ever have any

I got a perm here, the front was nice but the back is curly on top then straight at the bottom, Monica did my hair for me and it was looking good till it fully dried at home and the back of my head was more of a wavy than curly in the front

It seems pandemic hit this harder than it should because Temecula salons are overpriced BS.a month ago paid over 100$ this time under 40$ and it was more service and better attention

I went here yesterday to have my hair styled for homecoming and Sherry did an amazing job! I got compliments on my hair all night. My bangs stayed styled and beautiful even after hours of dancing. Highly recommend and can't thank her enough!
