I reserved a car with Budget. The agent was nice, professional and informative. The process was quick and easy - no hassle.

Not hospitable at all. The place where you drop off your car is really far from the rental places. It's an extremely long walk and there's no way to bring the rental car closer to pick someone up. Tried to charge $10 just for entry so my dad wouldn't have to walk a mile

Convenient and courteous service to and from airport arrival and departure area. Use of ample transport vehicles ensures timely departures and servicing after arrival.

Not enough shuttles. Huge line of people trying to get from the rental car center to the airport terminal. We had the same problem when we came in as well.
There was an empty bus with a driver sitting on break with a line of three bus loads worth of people waiting to get to the airport.

We never have anything bad to say about them

You CANNOT use a debit card to rent a car at the airport unless you are flying. In or out, doesnt matter. Just an fyi. Very nice terminal. Clean, statues are cool.

Was a rip off. I rented the car with a debit card option. Got to the car rental place. Ar the airport.was told they don't accept debit cards must have a credit card. Why did they give me the option?

Only two agents at budget. It took 45 mins to get to the counter. Thought I would have to return my car before I got it because it took so long.

First time getting a rental car from Dollar, had a good experience, good car, and the shuttle to and from the airport was good too.

S Wait For shuttles is too long. Came in on Tuesday afternoon and waited 15 minutes
Left Friday morning and waited almost as long.

Immediate attention from the attendant who had all of the information on his tablet. Less than 2 minutes to have the car return processed.

OMG! I have no words to describe how lacking in people skills the service representative, especially the older one was! Horrible experience!

Shuttle from terminal to rental lot is always a 10+ minute wait, huge line, and not enough busses running. Need a better way to get people to the rental car area. Completely inefficient.

Absolutely ridiculously long lines. Waited for 45 minutes to get a car with only 4 people in front of me. This applies only to the Budget and Avis rentals though. The Enterprise side of the renting building was moving very fast.
The car I was given had dents and scratches all over, but since I it was what DoD lete have I had to take it. The noise this car was making while I was driving was so loud that the passengers on the back could not even hear the music. I regret getting a rental from Budget and would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible experience! We waited to get picked up for almost an hour. The driver of the rental shuttle yelled at an entire bus full of people. The other driver and the woman in charge were great but they don't have enough shuttle buses and they need more shuttles and drivers. It's a disaster. Almost Ubered to the rental car place.

This airport is too small to have the rental cars off-site. We waited for 15 minutes for the rental car shuttle to arrive, only to be packed in like sardines because there were at least 75 people waiting at the time (there are no individual car rental shuttles, just one that takes everyone to the car rental terminals.) We then waited a very long time to get our car at Thrifty, but that's for another review! Took 2 hours to get our car after we landed.

Buses are about 15 to 20 minutes apart. The entrance to return cars is not as obvious as it should be as the hedges hide the first entrance which is where most of the rental companies are housed.
Other than that one issue, short bus ride, clean location and friendly personnel, at least at Enterprise.

Clean, but 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting in line! I won't mention the company, but only 1 person working at the counter at a major car rental agency. Need some help here.

The Budget agent was very slow to wait on us and then was incompetent and again very slow. The markings for our car were extremely faint and not in alphabetical order. We had to have an employee find our car. Return was OK.
