I came here for a consultation on a veneers procedure and was carefully reviewed in the most professional manner receivable.but it was 45 minutes long. I was very impressed. But my review is solely on customer service and the consultation process.

I was already desperate to find a good tooth implant clinic as I had already went to 7 clinics, but their prices are all so high. Ranging from 4k-5k. As a part time worker I cannot afford those prices. So I Googled and researched about Smile Botique. They have exceeded my expectations. From their receptionist, Norma, who gave a brief explanation of their clinic history to Mr. Ivan Marcal, operation manager, who is very fashionable with his blue suit and a very jolly personality. He immediately made me feel so much at home. Then I met with Dr. Dan Shaer, who made a thorough explanation of my tooth case and he's straight to the point on how he will do the procedure. Not to mention the whole clinic was sparkling clean! For sure I am not going get an infection here. Simon Cowell went to this clinic along with the other artists! I didn't think twice about going to this clinic. I know I will get the utmost care with the right value of my hard earned money. Looking forward to finally have tooth implant being done here soon.

Great experience at Smile Boutique. This clinic has beautiful facilities with a great view, knowledgeable doctors and dental hygienists, and a friendly staff who offer phone reminders, complementary beverages, and cutting-edge dental technology. Anisa, my dental hygienist, gives the most thorough dental cleaning I have ever had using a gentle combination of ultrasonic and manual scaling. Dr Stan is very informative and helpful as always. You can tell how much he cares about providing the best service possible. I am have been a client for over 10 years and I had extensive bite reconstruction done by Dr. Stan;. It has been of the highest quality over a decade later I have had no issues and still no pain. Smile Boutique is overall the best dental practice I've visited.

Needing a lot of dental work is never a fun experience. It is costly, time consuming and usually painful and uncomfortable. Smile Boutique (Dr. Joseph Stan) was my 3rd opinion/assessment of work that needed to be done and all of them said the same processes needed to be done. Smile Boutique was $3-4k more expensive than the others and required all payment upfront. As Dr. Stan did his analysis and Rosh went through all of the costs, as costly as it was, there was a sense of calm and honesty. Once Joseph started the procedures he found a couple of other issues that he needed repair and corrected them. Rosh moved on, they got a new office manager, there was an issue with billing and insurance, a couple additional charges that were errors in transfer, things that may make people wonder why i would give 5 stars? (the errors we discussed and all was corrected)

i have family who are dentists, numerous people who have worked in the dentistry field and all of them function under an eye of scrutiny and suspect.i think people forget that at the end of the day that most of them are only trying to help and correct the issues their patient is suffering and to make that suffering as minimal as possible. First and foremost, Dr Stan cares about his patients. His office and his team care about his patients. Dr Stan is highly skilled, has years of experience, and i truly believe only wants to utilize all of that for the best of his patients. Joseph (Dr. Stan) consistent answer to my many questions and concerns has always been, "we want you to be happy and we will always make it right". The office is sometimes busy and sometimes chaotic. At times there are so many people in various rooms it feels like a dental school, a school of very qualified and very vested professionals who only want what is best for you. The work is expensive. The process is well, the dentist. Dr Stan and his team are worth every bit of those costs for the amazing work they do, but more importantly for the genuine and kind process in which he and his staff do it.

I have been going to this office for several years now and every visit has been amazing. From the front office to back office, everything has been outstanding! In my opinion this office sets the bar and the drs here are the best. I do not see myself going anywhere else ever. All of my friends and family also go here and are very much happy.

I personally had my veneers done with this office and I wished I could have gotten them sooner. But hey better late than never! I have been getting lots of compliments on my teeth and how natural they look. I could not be any more happier. It has boosted up my self esteem to the max! Thank you again Smile Boutique you are amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or looking to switch.

Very difficult to find a better specialty dental office than Smile Boutique. I went to Smile Boutique for a front tooth dental implant after seeing all the 5 star reviews. And let me tell you, I was not not disappointed. Dr. Stan is total amazing. HE gave me a free consultation and explained each step of what was needed to replace my broken front tooth. I then had a meeting with Olga, who went over the cost of each procedure. I found the total cost to be quite reasonable and agreed to have the work done. They were able to perform a good portion of the implant the same day. It takes a few months for the surgery to heal so they can put the crown in to complete the implant process. If you are looking for top notch implant doctors, a beautiful office and a very amazing office staff, make sure to pay Smile Boutique of Beverly Hills a visit. I think I clearly got my monies worth for a first class job. Thank you Smile Boutique for being there when I needed you!

The worst part about moving across the country is finding a reliable Doctor, Barber, Dentist, ect. It can be unnerving going into a new practice. At least it should be, this wasn't the case with Smile Boutique. From the warm reception at the front desk to the Dentist himself and everyone in between, the experience at Smile Boutique can best be described as delightful. I knew I was in good hands the whole time and when it came down to the procedure they were extremely forthcoming with my options. I look forward to going back soon.

Oiga and Alina and Cassandra and Kimya are all lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable. The treatment plan proposed to me seemed very logical. Things are a little out of my budget right now, but as soon as I'm ready, I'm going with this dentist.
