Dr. Kossi and staff are amazing. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist as I had a bad experience once but Dr. Kossi is so gentle and understanding. Her team are amazing too. I’ve had a lot done recently due to my neglect of my teeth and Dr. Kossi discussed my options and what needed to be done. The practice is clean and very calming. Andy did my Zoom teeth whitening and all I can say is Wow! Don’t hesitate ti make your appointment at Smile City Dental.

Great dentist and office! There was a mixup with insurance, and that I was no longer covered under my husband’s employer and they told me that it’s OK and I did not need to pay for the mixup. Just wanted to thank them for their honesty and courtesy as a professional company. If I still had acceptable insurance, I would be going there. I recommend!

My husband and I have been going to Smile City Dental since I moved to SCV and my experience with them has been nothing, but excellent. I have finally found a dentist that actually explains thing to me and actually shows ways how to properly floss, brush, etc. Another bonus is that they are open some Saturdays so makes it even easier to make appointments since my work schedule is Mon-Fri. Keep up the good work Smile City!

Smile City Dental staff and Dr. Cozzi have provided exceptional service and dental care. I recently was in a serious car accident which broke my front tooth in half. They were so gracious is fitting me into the schedule that same day to do a temporary fix. And, everyone was so kind and empathetic in the midst of a traumatic experience. Dr. Cozzi is knowledgeable and skilled in her work, in a caring and compassionate way. I have had so many compliments on her work on my front tooth, which is only the temporary filling! I’ve been with them only since May 2022 but I am so happy I made the move. I had a lot of issues worsen since the pandemic and they were able to take care of me quickly each time. I also appreciate being told what the costs will be before the treatment. The front office, the techs, and the dentists here are fabulous. There are tvs in the rooms and they play Netflix for you! Lol.

Been coming here for at least 3 years, and it’s the best dentistry office out there. Customer Service is always their priority and Andy is always making sure to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt I would recommend coming here for your dental needs. The staff is always welcoming and courteous. They accommodate me every time around my schedule when I need to make an appointment. The doctors are friendly and gentle, always explain everything thoroughly before doing any work on you. They make you feel relaxed by turning on a movie or show, while you get your teeth cleaned. In addition, the place is immaculately clean. I will definitely come back!

Had been coming to this Dental office for years but this was my first time to have tooth whitening. Andy and all the staff have been very helpful allthis time. Accommodating and friendly. The result of my tooth whitening was unbelievable my tooth was so white and made me look younger. Smile city dental offce is the best

Dr Kossi is awesome! I had a really bad tooth that needed to be extracted. The tooth had a large root and was difficult to remove. She took her time, and was gentle did not rush. The 2nd day after the extraction I had no pain! I'm grateful I had her as my doctor.

Everyone in this office is awesome. Gigi and Andy make sure you are taken care of in the front. They work with you on appointments and always communicate price and options before anything is done. Dr. Kossi is the best dentist I have ever had. She cares and always makes sure you are comfortable. She is gentle if you have issues with visiting the dentist and while performing the work always checks to make sure you are okay. My family and I are grateful to this office for their hard work and dedication to their patients.

Love this place! I have been to two different dentists here, and both of them have done an amazing job on my teeth, and took a fair amount of time sharing pictures of my teeth and explaining things in detail so I understood them. Would definitely recommend them.

Perfect dentist office. I routinely travel twenty miles to go here. I would travel twice as far and then some if I had to. Alyssa, Andy, and Gigi are always terrific as soon as you come in. No pressure or anxiety; very easy. They give you ice tea if you’re waiting (it’s really good). Dr. Kossi is the best. It’s not like how it is sometimes when you’re meeting your lawyer, or your preacher, or your MD, where you feel like you have to kiss their ring a little bit. You always feel like you’re meeting your friend. Oh, yeah, and she’s a wonderful dentist! I’ve been there countless times. It’s one of those places that when you go there for the first time, you say to yourself, “Finally, I found my dentist. Now I don’t have to look for one again… unless I move… or I die. ” FIVE STARS

Ive been going here for a while i really like the staff they are really nice they do their job really well the office makes it feel like you aren’t at the dentist more like a relaxing lounge over all a 5/5 i do recommend coming to this office if you wanna feel good about going to the dentist

Our entire family has been coming here for our dental work for almost 10 years. The staff is always very welcoming, caring and helpful. Our youngest daughter has going to Smile City since she was 4 and they are just so gentle and helpful with her. They are very patient and take time explaining what they are doing which helps to put her at ease. I highly recommend this great group of dental professionals!
