Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, Los Angeles CA

I'm not sure what happened to this place. It was such a great pediatric dentist practice and I enjoyed bringing my child here. However, it has become incredibly difficult to reach they. They don't answer phones. It goes to a pre-recorded greeting that says to email them with appointment requests. If you email them, they don't respond. How can you have a dentist office and not answer the phone?

Because they make it so difficult to schedule an appointment, I am leaving this review.

I have been coming to this dental office since my now 13-year old was 2. I love this office, the staff are friendly and it is super clean and colorful! Lot's of visual appeal to keep little anxious minds at ease!

Very easy and pleasant experience. My son is only 17 months and was apprehensive but the dentist and staff did everything they could to engage him and make him feel comfortable. Very happy with our new dentist!

Clean hospital the staff is professional I had a over all good experience. Only unavoidable problem was my roommate was a little on the crazy side & post-op that's the last thing you wanted to deal with. When your in pain & want to rest your roommate has no consideration.

Dr. Cat was awesome. It felt like we had VIP treatment during this covid pandemic. Mostly new staff and Dr Cat, but same professional and CLEAN treatment. Keep up the great service.

Quick, safe and efficient! Had all 3 kids appointments at the same time with only one parent. No other patients were around.

They were a knowledgable team of dentists and assistants. They were efficient and communicated well. And my son left happy. Not much more you can ask of a dentist.

Such an amazing dentist office! We move around a lot so, I have taken my children to dentist offices all over the US. I can honestly say Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is by far my favorite. With three children waiting for each of them to be seen is a challenge. However, that was not the case at Smiles. All three were seen at the same time. We were in and out in 35 minutes. Now that’s efficiency! Dr. Liu was kind, patient and very responsive to all of my questions. I am so happy we found them.

The staff are amazing and helpful. My kids felt so comfortable and happy here. Couldn't be more satisfied. They have everything here to meet your needs. Am so glad I don't have to go to a different location to get my daughter's extra tooth extracted. I highly reccomend this place. Their cleaning was done amazingly.

Dr. Liu and his staff are the best I can’t thank them enough. My daughter had cleaning and filling, I was scared they made so easy, painless and quick. They called the next day to check on her.best pediatric dentist ever!

Not all dental experiences are and easy as getting a cleaning and checking back in 6 months to a year. I wish they were. When my daughter was in need of special attention Dr. Reem made herself available. Thank you Dr. Reem for your knowledge and care of my daughter. Your whole team is amazing from the front office to the back office and everyone in between!

I love taking my daughter here, she's always so excited for her dentist appointment. The office is immaculate and the appts.are always on time and fast. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous clinic! My kids absolutely love coming here. Even my little one who used to be terrified of the dentist loves it. All the staff are super sweet, kind and professional. Dr. Reem makes my kids want to be a dentist when they grow up. I highly recommend this Smiles for all children!

Great staff! My son has been going to this office since he was 2 and he loves it! Great energy, (great toys which he likes) and modern decor. Recently, I called the after hours emergency line for my son and got a call back the same day with a plan. I'm truly grateful.

Such a wonderful experience! The office is super cute and all staff members are super attentive, they take time explaining the procedure and taking good care of the child without ever rushing you out. Sr Liu was wonderful! My daughter had her first filling and didn’t cry for a second! Super clean, super professional- definitely a 5*+ experience!

We love going to see Dr. Reems. The staff is wonderful and caring. My daughter was two years old and is now 14. She is always happy to go to this office. Everytime we go there we have a good experience and enjoy seeing the staff, as they are very kind. I recommend Dr. Reems and the other dentists, including the staff, because I know that you will get honest and caring guidance.
