Smiley Park is as small a park as they come, with a public restroom available for your convenience. It does provide a cement walking path for strollers that leads from one side of the park to the other. There are no playgrounds, just grassy terrain, but there are plenty of benches and trash cans. My family made the most of it by walking the path of the park to the sidewalk, where we kept going to the next street, walking past the Redlands Bowl and then on to the Lincoln Musuem before heading back. The entire walk was stroller friendly.

Green grass and plenty of shade from old trees pepper this neighborhood park. Horseshoe pit in back corner is available to the public. They have public restrooms. Shaded seating on long little League style benches are here as well. There is a water fountain for drinking.
