Yes, Bethann is a piece of work, don't walk, run away and choose another company.
We have been with Smith and Sons since 2005. This year, we decided to change to another alarm company for personal reasons. We spoke with BETHANN to get the disconnection process started. She was abrupt during the conversation and hung up the phone on us. They charged also with disconnection fee even though we have been loyal with them for 14 years and we weren’t under contract.
We don’t usually write reviews, but we can’t pass on this one.
We have been with Smith and Sons for over 20 years. Their products are great and more important they provide personalized service. The best!
