Ordered a part for my kids bike. Received a text as soon as it was delivered. Helped out with a discount for veterans. Very nice people who knew a lot about bikes.

Good service! They close at 6pm and I called them with a question at 5: 59pm and they answered all my questions patiently. Andrew stopped what he was doing and tweaked a few things another time. Appreciate things like that.

Not bad people but not the most polite as well. I've literally spent 10 grands on this place in less than a year, and every time they see me they act like they don't know me or don't remember me

Quick and easy without the B. S. Went in to get my right handlebar realigned and walked out happy with confidence. Shoutout to Andrew who fixed my handlebar alignment without making me feel stupid! They're super welcoming, and they did not try to aggressively upsell me on anything, unlike some other local bike shops I've been to. Would recommend to friends and family.

We use Smiths Cycle for all our bike needs. They offer great customer service and do a great job on tune-ups on all our bikes.

Hello everyone I'm at smith cycles the service is excellent and very good customer service.

They kept fixing my tire three times and didn’t figure out that there was a plastic piece popping the rubber. Their on their way to success but they need a lot more work to protect their craft. I suspect marijuana use after work. Nice people but their prices aren’t low. Their open at ten every day but ya I won’t be going back there again

Took in my Giant OCR road bike to get my brakes pads replaced, Ron got me in and out same day, was able to continue my bike rides.

THIS SHOP HAS HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!

Have had nothing but problems because the person who installed my bottom bracket didn't tighten it all the way.

A few months later, no longer in town, minimal riding and my cranks are wobbling like a drunk teenager on prom night.

Dust caps weren't installed so now my cranks are rusted out

Gotta love having to pay AGAIN to have work redone because Smith Cycles don't seem to understand how to do their job correctly.

Had my bike worked on. Mediocre work, way overpriced for what was done.

Smith's Cycle is my go to for anything bike related. Needed some new shoes today and Ronnie hooked me right up. Even picked up some new pedals. There's something to say about old school personal service.
