With an appointment this team is fast, helpful and efficient. Without an appointment you can often wait half an hour or so (not bad!), but the people are still great!

Terrible customer service they claimed that parts on my truck were illegal but I have since had the truck smoged and it passed no problem they just didn’t know what they were looking at or they didn’t care to take the time to look in the right spot for info on Carb E.o #
If you have a diesel don’t take it to them they may be quick but that’s not always a good thing.
Wow! I could not have asked for a better experience! $50 out the door. Fast service. I only waited about 10 minutes. They fully explained to me how the Dmv does it. Passed and the Dmv is a mile away. 10/10! Unbelievable!

Phenomenal staff, quick in and out, reasonable priced smog inspections, always a pleasure! Since we don't have a choice and are required to have these tests done.ight as well go to the friendliest and best smog shop in Chico!
Stellar service from these folks! Their prices have always been very reasonable in my opinion. The staff are always very courteous and they do things quickly and professionally. Andrea has always been great, she's very nice and does a good job getting my smog check done in a reasonable time. Great group of ladies! I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for an affordable smog check and would like it done in a reasonable time.
