I've been going here for several years and decided to update my reviews.
I see a few bad reviews on yelp and mostly because they say the employee is rude. I dont find this to be true at all, he doesn't hold a conversation about the weather but is very work oriented. He will get you checked in and out at a fast pace and is always helpful. This is a smog shop and I think probably like the fast efficiency, I know I did. I was there today and was in and out in about 20 minutes and was very appreciative. If you want a fair price and fast service this place is great. I would recommend them again and again.
I looked this place up online as I needed a last minute smog test. As I work 9-5, I walked in maybe 20 minutes before close and they were still willing to do the test no questions asked. No joke, I was out of there 10 minutes later. Both Mike and Alan were super quick and helped get me in and out efficiently. I can understand other people's reviews about the customer service as the guys here are not going to sit and chit chat with you about your day, but honestly, I was there to get a smog test done and that's what they did in record time. I will definitely be back.
