If you like barbecue you will love this place people here are very nice places clean and the food is very good

Ordered the Texas beef brisket and got smoked stringy pot roast instead for the price of point cut smoked brisket. Know your cuts of meat, folks.

Really great food - large portions - may want to split each serving between 2 people. Great service, Anna, who served us was super helpful in navigating the menu, and has a very gentle and kind demeanor … would definitely come again - next time armed with more people to finish all the food!

Ordered a brisket sandwhich and the brisket tasted like mama's pot roast not Texas brisket. Won't be coming back.

Got a smash burger and fire strawberry lemonade. The smash burger tasted like a regular burger. The potato buns were nice and soft, but there was no crust on the patties. The strawberry lemonade was not good either. It was not tart or sweet, very watered down. Also could not taste lemon or strawberry either.

The. Grilled. Cheese. The Texas brisket grilled cheese is an immaculate sandwich. The crispy wrap of fried cheese around the brisket is brilliant. The b&b pickles are the perfect accent. A foodie's sandwich for sure.

Imani took our order and was great to talk to! She helped us navigate the menu and get just what we wanted.

The restaurant is shockingly big inside. Definitely come and bring friends.

Why are there not more people here? Your missing out! All around the best place to eat! Got the brisket burrito exceeded my expectations! Very friendly staff Vanessa hooked us up and gave us a above average dining experience. Left extremely satisfied and will be my go to from now on.

Drove out from Castaic to try Smoke & Fire, Vanessa was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely making a trip back.

My new favorite restaurant. The food is so good, I’m gonna have to limit myself to once a week bc I can’t stop myself with the brisket, the mac n cheese, the hot chicken—all diabolically good. Atmosphere is very chill. You will not be sorry you stopped in here.

A unique place with very large portions, spectacular smoked foods, their brisket and short ribs are unmatched, there are several branches, I highly recommend them

I ate BBQ in East TX small towns for 40 years. I don't expect good out here, but this was Bad. Brisket Grilled Cheese & Smashburger. Meat was cold, dry & tough. No sauce with either. The "Smashburger" frankly looked like "street pizza", ya know? Potatoes were limp. "Cheese Sauce" was way below Velveeta (synthetic?).
We WON'T be back.

Good food horrible employees.employees are not trained on custmar service and unprofessional.mostly all of them we do 3 times order online.and it show that its 20 min we arrived there and they let us wait for extra 30 min and with a lot of alitidude from employees.we dont mind to wait but with a respecftull employees.the prices is high so we need to get what we paid for
