Smoke Zone, San Diego CA

Truly the most unpleasant experience from a smoke shop ever. The lady (or man) with the multi colored hair and dyed eyebrows gave off a nasty attitude as soon as we entered the store. 4 customers were helped as we were waiting for service. And on top of that as we were selecting our purchase we were accused of stealing even though the man-lady had just taken back bowl. Go to any other smoke shop, dont give these people your money I Implore you.

They wouldn't let me return my unused merchandise 15 minutes after I bought them. I won't be back.

This has become my go-to local shop. Snagged a dream piece I stumbled across there on a whim along with some other pieces and accessories and the owner put together a killer deal for the whole purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I don’t know what the lady’s name was but she had face piercings and a lot of tattoos. She was absolutely extremely rude and mean for no reason. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I came into smoke zone in PB because I had need of a new dab rig. Josh was there and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and even suggested some things that I needed but had forgotten about! He was great and I will be a return customer as a result. Thanks josh!

Military discount! Not averse to haggling. Staff happily recorder and keep my favorite products i buy often and remember me after only one previous interaction! Even across town at other store (off Midway Dr), in same little shopping center as Subway AND HOMESTYLE HAWAIIAN RESTAURANT - DO NOT PASS UP DA ONOLICIOUS GRINDS DEA! If u do u a silly ha'ole, but more fah Me!

The guy working today 2/23 was aggressive and rude. He acted as if he were hiding something and followed me around, standing too close with bugged out eyes. I think he is on drugs moreover I suspect he is selling drugs out of the shop. Beware.

Called to obtain availability of a product and he won't give the price. Drove to the place and he completely disregarded my presence while talking on the phone throughout the transaction. Could not communicate with him at all. Poor customer service and won't return again.

Henry is THEE man. If you don’t know, you need to know. Simple as that. Point blank. Respectful, honest, and charismatic.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, excellent sales prices and deals, and crazy selection of glass from all the top suppliers & best blowers in the industry. Go here first before running all over town to find what you're looking for because chances are, they have you covered.

Bought a whip cream canister from them. They advertised it as the best out there, and certainly its priced that way. Nonetheless, it broke in less than a week, and they won't do anything about it. Talk about customer service. I used to buy so much from them, and they show no customer loyalty. I won't be going there no more for sure. They will say anything to get you to buy something.

Best shop in town, best prices, and friendliest service. Make sure Henry is working when you come in and he will take care of you. Spent almost an hour helping me find what I needed and I walked out happy as always. Comes in now or you'll regret it!

On the expensive side and you can't rely on the opening time to be consistent. They have ok service but if they know you as a regular they gossip about you and spread reputation ruining rumors. Come check it out but beware of how close you get to the workers. It just sold and has had high turn over rates.

My absolute favorite shop. Walk the strip all you want, can't get the same level of deals and personal customer service from this guy. SD native and still find myself comin here after all these years!
