Snake Oil Cocktail Company, San Diego CA

We used a BYOB package with Snake Oil for our wedding. Snake Oil’s cocktails were DELISH! So fun, different, and most importantly tasty. Our only feedback for Snake Oil was that our beers and wines were not displayed on the bar or on the menu (even though all the information for the menu was sent to them ahead of time) so most guests did not know beer and wine were available. Also, their alcohol estimate ended up being wayyyy too much for our wedding and we were sent home with cases of alcohol and beer left over. But the experience that Snake Oil provides at the event is top notch. Our wedding guests loved the bartenders and loved the cocktails!

I love this company so much. My husband and I booked Snake Oil for our wedding in September, and it was one of the best decisions we made. They provided unique and thoughtful cocktails which brought the party to life, and they were efficient and professional to boot. Everyone we talked to was so nice and responsive with all of our questions.

Before the wedding, we had a cocktail tasting where we chose 3 signature cocktails and omg.it was such a fun part of the wedding planning process! It was a nice break from all of the stress. Each of the drinks was amazing and we had trouble deciding which ones to choose. Aside from being really tasty combinations, they span a visually impressive range of colors and garnishes. Our wedding was pretty colorful, so the colors of their cocktails really stood out and looked great in photos.

We added on their cocktail graffiti option which included a choice of 3 designs that are put on top of the cocktail and can be consumed! You can have images, logos, graphics, etc. They also have a designer on their staff that can help come up with something that fits your vibe if needed. When I saw how all of the graffiti turned out, I was OBSESSED. It was exactly how I imagined it would be. We heard feedback from guests after the wedding that they were impressed with this touch.

A lot of people told us how cool and nice the bartenders were to them as well. Our cocktail hour was outside, and Snake Oil was super helpful getting a second bar set up for that. We never saw long lines forming at the reception, and everyone always had a drink. After the wedding, so many people told us they loved the drinks - even our friends who are opinionated about their cocktails. I would definitely recommend hiring them for your event - AMAZING!

Snake Oil did not disappoint! We hosted a large gathering at our home, and their service was amazing. Drinks were delicious, bartenders were super friendly and felt like part of the party. It was so nice to have all of the trash collected and everything cleaned up at the end of the night as well. And the graffiti art was such a fun personal touch to the event. Also, Tricia, their event coordinator was super responsive and patient with all of my questions and modifications along the way. We will 100% be using them again!

Ordered some pre-mixed cocktails for our wedding and they did not disappoint. With a BYOB venue, this was the PERFECT way to offer craft cocktails without needing a ton of ingredients & making our guest do a lot of work. 10/10 recommend. We will start buying for special occasions.

We used these folks to tend bar for our company dinner at my home, and they did not disappoint. The company is easy to deal with as they shared various cocktail suggestions in advance and were quite responsive prior to our event. The two bartenders, Tony and Victoria, were very personable and made our employees feel at home. Folks who could not attend were quite jealous after seeing the pics. The cocktail graffiti is highly recommended. We plan to use them again for an event in May

We can’t say enough great things about Snake Oil and how awesome they were to work with for our wedding. We had to postpone our original date and they made the rescheduling process seamless. They worked with us on selecting signature cocktails and building out our beer and wine menu. The cocktails were delicious, the service was phenomenal, and all of our guests are still talking about Snake Oil as a highlight of the wedding. Highly recommend them for your wedding or any event!

We had Snake Oil Cocktails bartend for our wedding, and they absolutely blew it out of the park! The two signature cocktails we picked were such a hit with all our friends and family! They've been talking about them for weeks! We also tried many others for our tasting, and it was such a hard choice because of how delicious every single one was! Plus, the presentation was beautiful for all of them! I can only hope we get to attend a wedding in the future where they bartend so we can enjoy them again!

Coming out of the pandemic and looking for the perfect bespoke cocktail caterer for a Kensington house party for 70ppl, on several personal recommendations I went with Snake Oil Cocktail Company and could not be happier. At every step of the process, Michael Esposito and his team were responsive and engaged and helped make our party the best it could be. Leading up to the party, Snake Oil planning staff were super helpful in crafting some signature cocktails and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed before the event. On the day of, the actual bar set up looked great and both bartenders, Chris & Jake, were knowledgeable and personable. Along with the signature drinks, there was not a single bar request that went unmet - all of our guests were delighted and impressed. Highest marks on everything.
